I've purchased a few sublite for myself and employees.. All of them feel great with insert that comes with them, however this one is the best for carpenters. I'm usually swimming in saw dust and wood glue droppings by the end of the dayThe other sublite have a mesh at the toe that allows for sawdust glue to seep in making them look horrible after few days. These on otherhand are solid leather material keeping them looking good and solid.. Great for us wood workers!
I do not recommend them as they are uncomfortable for more than two hours working. Look for another option if you can
