The Reebok Work RB4038 Men's Sublite Cushion Work Safety Toe shoes are designed for those who require both safety and comfort in a work environment. The Reebok Work RB4038 stands out in several key areas. First off, its lightweight construction (about 350 grams) is one of its biggest advantages, making it an excellent choice for individuals who spend long hours on their feet. The sublite foam midsole offers soft support without the bulk, enhancing comfort during extended use.
Breathability is another highlight, thanks to the mesh uppers that allow for moisture transfer. This ensures that your feet remain dry, contributing to overall comfort. Additionally, the MemoryTech Massage footbed is particularly noteworthy. It adapitates to your foot's specific contours, delivering immediate cushioning that molds to the unique shape of your foot.
On the safety front, the composite toe meets ASTM F2413 standards, offering impact protection without the heaviness of traditional steel toes. The absence of exposed metal elements in the upper adds an extra layer of safety, making these shoes suitable for various work environments.
Despite their many benefits, some users have reported that the toe box feels more spacious than expected, which might not suit everyone’s preference. Also, while the shoe excels in light-duty applications, it may not hold up as well under heavy industrial use.

Great composite toe shoe for the person on their feet that need toe protection. The included insert is the cherry on top!
Wish I would have ordered a size bigger. Because of the composite toe insert, my toes are very cramped in these shoes. My fault completely for not taking this into consideration.
Whoever wrote that these shoes were the most comfortable need to get their head examined, although they are light, I'm not impressed.
Not the best arch support but still really like these shoes.
They're nice at first, but go downhill after 15 minutes. Felt really loose, not supportive enough, nice inserts though.
Myself and two others purchased these for work - love the feel and the toe box etc as well as the look but they failed ESD - all three and in two different locations on two different ESD testers.
My only complaint is that the lace came frayed already so I see me having to replace that soon.
