When it comes to tactical footwear, the Reebok Work Men's RB3440 Trailgrip Tactical Construction Shoe stands out with its impressive blend of functionality and comfort. The traction outsole is one of its most notable features. The rubber lugs provide excellent grip, which is essential for navigating uneven terrain. This is particularly beneficial for those working in construction or similar industries.
The MemoryTech footbed offers personalized comfort by molding itself to the shape of your foot. You will notice a difference during long hours of standing or walking, as this technology significantly enhances comfort levels. Additionally, the inclusion of the DMXRide foam midsole adds a layer of responsiveness, ensuring you feel cushioned yet supported.
The MicroWeb lacing system deserves mention as it enhances the overall fit of the shoe. It allows for precise adjustments, preventing any unnecessary movements within the boot. Such features make this tactical shoe suitable not only for work but also for versatile outdoor adventures.
Despite its many advantages, it’s worth noting that some users might find the weight of the shoe slightly on the heavier side when compared to traditional athletic shoes. Also, the choice of colors is somewhat limited, which could be a deciding factor for style-conscious buyers.

2nd pair of Reebok boots. The zipper on the side is there to make them easy on - easy off. But this model has a flap of material sewn on each side of the zipped section. That material prevents the two sides from opening more than about 2 inches. My other pair (different model) has no material connecting the two sides, allowing easy on-easy off without unlacing them because you can open the two sides all the way. The material that I am describing defeats the idea of having a zipper. I'd have had to untie them all the time. I ordered the correct shoe size - but these were narrow instead of medium width, which may have played a part. I returned them for a different model of Reebok boots due to the zipper design fail and being too narrow. Perhaps the material has something to do with waterproofing. No matter for me though - I want the zipper for easy on/off.
I'm supposed to be able to use the zipper to take the boots on and off. Well you did not allow enough room. I cannot remove the boots using the zipper!!!!!???
