The Reebok Work Men's RB3019 Zig Pulse Work Safety Shoe stands out within its category due to its thoughtful combination of comfort and safety features. The innovative ZigTech outsole plays a crucial role by effectively dispersing energy, which enhances cushioning during both heel-strikes and toe-offs. This feature is invaluable for those whose work involves being on their feet for extended periods.
A notable aspect of this shoe is the TPU Stabilizer, which runs the full length of the shoe. This not only aids in distributing pressure evenly but also provides crucial support for your arch, ensuring that you remain stable while navigating uneven surfaces.
The MemoryTech Massage 2.0 footbed is another highlight, as it conforms to the unique shape of your foot, offering an unparalleled level of comfort right out of the box. You'll appreciate how quickly it adapts, providing immediate relief during your busy workday.
In terms of safety standards, the RB3019 meets ASTM F2413 requirements, making it a reliable option for construction workers and others in hazardous environments. Its lightweight composite toe further enhances comfort while still providing essential protection against workplace hazards.
However, like any product, it's not without its downsides. Some users have mentioned a slight breaking-in period, as well as potential sizing discrepancies. Therefore, trying them on before purchasing could save you from discomfort later.

Very comfortable work boots worth the money fit pertfect
I like my work shoes.I have a pair of regular Reeboks and you can't tell the difference wearing the safety shoes.size does run a little bit bigger than normal shoes.I am definitely ordering a new pair of these shoes again but a half size smaller next time.
Great sturdy comfortable work shoes with a composite safety toe cap for protection! After 2 weeks of normal wear, the crease area at the top of the shoe near the toe has a severe design flaw. Instead of creating a crease line in the material like most shoes, the material frays creating a hole on the surface of the shoe. Hopefully there's a repair or replace option.
would buy again
The most comfortable shoes that I’ve ever owned! I average 6-7 thousand steps daily and these shoes do not disappoint! Carbon toe shoes are a game changer for toe and foot protection. A Recommended item for sure!
I ordered this in a 13 wide, but they are longer than all of my size 14 Brooks. The wide width is about equal to or a tad narrower than my normal width Brooks. The cushioning is comfortable though.
We have bought more work boots than we could begin to count. Always research beforehand and love these! Just be aware they are not good for welding or getting wet. Very comfortable and feet don’t hurt after being on concrete for 12+ hours.
Let start by saying I own many pair of Reebok zig tech shoes and they are hands down the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. This includes this pair of zig. The issue with this shoe is that after only two weeks of walking in them they have a tear in the crease (where the shoe bends when you walk). I had purchased a second pair so I could wear each pair every other day and it is looking like my second pair may be starting to have the same tear after only one week.Again I love the shoes and I hope that this is not a consistent issue.Update…I received a replace pair and same issue in the exact same spot. This time it’s after day 6 (about 40 miles of walking). I love this shoe but I can’t wear holy shoes to work in.
