The Reebok Sublite Cushion Work shoe excels in several areas crucial for work footwear. Firstly, its lightweight construction is one of its standout features, making it easy to wear throughout your shift without fatigue. Weighing in at only 350 grams, these shoes allow for ease of movement, which is particularly beneficial for those who need to remain agile on the job.
When it comes to comfort, the MemoryTech Massage footbed provides an immediate sense of relief as it molds itself to your foot's contours. This feature can significantly enhance long-term wearability, particularly for those who spend extended periods standing or walking on hard surfaces.
In terms of safety, the composite toe meets industry standards, offering protection without adding unnecessary bulk. Additionally, the slip-resistant outsole is a strong asset for reducing accidents on slick surfaces, making this shoe suitable for various industrial environments.
Moreover, the moisture-wicking nylon mesh lining helps keep your feet dry, contributing to overall comfort during busy workdays. However, it’s worth noting that the slip-on design might not suit individuals seeking additional ankle support, so consider your specific needs when making a purchase decision.

Worked well for my feet but took longer to break in !
These shoes are one of the only pairs I’ve ever ordered to actually fit large. Without insole inserts they clogged around at first. Now with inserts they’re comfy still light weight and will be great work shoes.
I am kind of frustrated with these shoes. Conceptually they are exactly what I want and need as a diabetic. But ilI found size 10 too tight and caused issues u see the skin on top and I took a risk and orders 10 1/2 and my feet swim in the and slide all over and the heel slips out every step. Grrrrr
i really like these loafers. got em specifically for work at the local depot of home. unfortunately... i sent back the wrong pair. and ive already worked in the 9.0's which is WAY too snug. by the end of the shift my toes are killing me. but their perfect for the anti-slip, everything-at-HD-proof. the alloy? composite? toe is a nice feature as im slightly duck footed and seems to give everything a kick with my right toe. i wont be wearing these too often, simply because im tapping in 10,000+ steps a day. but i would definitely purchase again in a larger size.thats all in the past though. got fired :( got mixed up on my schedule booooo.
Tried walking around inside with them on. Buyer should order full size larger than normal shoe.Felt bouncy, cannot imaging having to spend 10, 12, or even longer wearing them. Probably a good bet for occasional wear for times when safety and appearance have to collide, but....
They are great. Comfortable. Light Dont even know I have them on.
They provide anti-static protection.Comfort is good, though I would prefer more arch support. Glad I bought them.
These are esd shoes, that was one of the main purpose of the purchase. They are slip-on which was the other. They have good arch support imo, but leave some to be desired about overall support. They have an insole in them, which I would guess is part of the esd aspect so not really changeable.I am 1 month in and have a small tear in the toe. Not sure how this happened. Seems to me that with a composite toe, the material would hold up to some abuse. I would send back and exchange but I am 2 days past my return date.
