Ordered a 10W for my son, sent it back, and got a 10.5 X-W which fit well. Normally, a 10W would fit but in this case the shape of the front of the shoe is not as symetrically round as expected but a more narrow slanted parabola that might be normal on running shoes. As to the shoe, it seems very well made. In many closeup's of other brands you can see the excess from the glue gun, but not with these shoes. They seem well made in every way and I like the comfort they offer and the great price. Over the years, Bush-Nunn has been my favorite brand although a bit pricey in the department stores. Nice to see the brand online.
These shoes are great. They look like they're supposed to. They are light. They are comfortable enough to wear around all day at work, and I'm a big dude.......IF. IF. You wear regular weight socks with them. "Dress socks" make them really uncomfortable at the heel. Here's the skinny: there is a gel pad at the heel. If the socks are too thin, it 'rubs' on my feet and gives me a burning sensation. I wear them with thicker socks, and they're good to go. Good news, there's room for socks.Fit: they run a hair on the big side. I ordered a W AND a XW. The XW really is XW. This ends up working for me because I am now wearing them with 'regular' socks. I ordered a 10.5 and I would say they're more like....10.75. Not quite an 11, but there's some room. Not enough that it detracts from the shoe, but if you're that guy that's looking for a 10.75, this is your shoe.Quality: These are not leather. They're not full-grain leather. They're not cheaper leather. They aren't that leather 'layer'. **They are man-made** Time will tell how the uppers will hold up. I suspect that they'll start 'peeling' but I got a smoking deal on a color combo, so.... The soles seem legit. They're comfy and look like they'll hold up.
I fell in love with Nunn Bush Kore shoes as a more casual work shoe and I wear mine every day. But, like all shoes I've owned they get tired after about a year and need to be replaced. Usually it is a matter for me to go to the local store and pick them up. HAH, whether it is supply problems or Nunn Bush doing something with the model, none of my locals (as well as not so local stores) had any in stock, neither did Nunn Bush and I had to buy through Jeff. But, because it is the same model shoe. I had no problems with the size as they fit like my previous Kore shoes.
Very comfortable. Other reviewers concerned about feeling too warm . I didn’t find this a problem. After wearing a month, they hold up well. No complaints
Looks good, comfortable but very poor quality. Sole and top "leather" peeled off after few weeks. Not sure if the top is leather. Looks like cheap vynil type material. Would not buy again.
The first word in the description of these shoes, is "leather". After receiving the shoes and unpacking them, I looked at the shoe tongue, and the label stated: "All Man-Made Materials", and in fact, ....they are. They do have a bit of an odd color too, as others have noticed. I thought of returning them due to the false-advertising on Amazon's part, but decided to keep them, as it's just not worth the hassle to return right now.Because the shoes are not leather, my feet sweat a lot when wearing them, so if you have "hot feet", beware. I can see wearing these for a few hours, dressed casually, but when you get home you'll want to take them off as quickly as possible. Nunn-Bush used to be a top-level American brand 50 years ago. Now, they're made in China with Chinese quality standards. All in all, I cannot recommend purchasing these shoes.
This was my second time buying this shoe. My first pair lasted much longer than shoes usually do. I like the look, too. My only knock on them is that they don't have enough arch support for me, so I added an insert. But the fact that they last so long makes it all worthwhile.
Very comfortable and versatile. You can wear them with casual or business attire
