These were purchased for work - production of veggie straws - they are true to size. I choose Nautilus brand because I’d already known they were a light weight shoe.
Well, they seem to have an actual composite toe and be non slip. They were not particularly comfortable. They did not fit. I ordered a size 10 just in time for a business trip to a plant 400 miles away and they were way too big. I bought some cushioned Dickies men’s socks to compensate. When I got to the plant and put them on, the sticker on the tongue came loose! It’s a size 11 and a different shoe than I was sold! Who knows if they are really safety shoes and meet standards.I probably can’t return them because I had to wear them to work that day. Let this review serve as a warning to others, at least, that these shoes are not what they seem.
I buy safety shoes every year and never have I bought the most uncomfortable shoes like this ones, I have been using them for 3 weeks now and my feet hurt so much they feel like cement blocks I bought shoe inserts but it doesn't help at all I'm going to buy different inserts and see if I have better results. I've bought this brand before with no issues I was just not lucky this time.
I've had these for the past year. They have worked amazingly. I keep having to tie them or try to tighten them. I am a size 8 and I got these in 7.5. They still felt large. Being on a roof, I have to adjust tightening them. They have collected a few nails when I get into the trailer to adjust the trash/debri during tear off and clean up. So they do their job. They just run large.
Way to wide even for my wide foot..looked weird on!
They are very nice but I ordered my size and it don’t fit right.
