So far so good. These shoes look great, feel great and do a great job protecting me. My work boots finally fell apart (after almost 20 years) and I do more walking over 35 acres of construction and demolition recycling facility than anything else so comfort is paramount to me. I'll reserve the right to amend this review after I see just how durable they are over time but early indications are that these puppies will give me more than my money's worth.
Shoe feels great from day 1. Easy to break in and not too bulky or heavy. Needed lighter shoes for summer with toe protection and so far it’s working very well.
Upon receiving shoes, I tried changing out the shoestrings and the eyelets popped out of the shoe. I had to use scissors to cut these "new" shoestrings in order to change them out. The eyelets are constructed from cheap plastic. I haven't even attempted to wear them yet as they are considered safety Steel Toe shoes. I could understand the cheap material if these shoes were cheap. Save your money unless you're in need 2 expensive paperweights.
These shoes are true to size, and very lightweight considering it's a steel toe. As far as work shoe goes it is very comfortable as well. But after working three days in the rain they did let some water in. That was unfortunate.
I work as a tanker driver and was looking for a shoe that was comfy and would hold up to standing and turning all day. This shoe I decided to give it a try based on the reviews. I am not disappointed at all with this shoe. It fits like my normal everyday shoes I will definitely buy this shoe again. I haven’t had a chance to try out the water proof part of the shoe yet I do hope that, that part works well. Happy shopping =)
I bought these shoes 3 years ago for work in heavy manufacturing. The shoes have performed better than expected. I have only had to replace the laces a few times. Usually my shoes fall apart after 2 years but there is no issues with any of the materials. Great shoes for work.
So this is a good work shoe, it’s a bit heavy for my liking. Make certain that you completely break in the shoes. They hurt my feet the first day but, I had to adjust the tongue really flatten it out. Other than that it’s a great shoe.
