I wear shoes as part of my work attire on a daily basis. I normally have problems with blisters when I am breaking in a new pair of shoes. These shoes are well made and comfortable from Day One. Extremely lightweight and breathable, they sport a classic look that never goes out of style. I have a somewhat difficult time believing that these shoes would list at $120. This said, they are a tremendous value at just under $60 which is the price I paid.I have owned similar pairs of shoes by Kenneth Cole in the past that were made of "harder" and less comfortable material. They did not last very long and the leather finish eventually flaked off. I would not expect that these shoes would last very long in snowy or inclement weather. As I noted earlier in the review's subject line though, these shoes are very comfortable. I would go so far as to say that they are the most comfortable pair that I have ever owned. The interior feels like they have gel inserts already built in.These shoes provide a timeless style with comfort and value to match. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because I have had durability issues with Kenneth Cole in the past. I will provide an update in a few months or so. In the meantime, these shoes definitely have me very pleased so far! Please let me know if you have any questions.
This is my first pair of Kenneth Cole REACTION Oxford's and I'll definitely be purchasing a another pair. It took me 3-4 days of work wear 8am-6pm to break them in. Since then they have been a dream to wear. I used to only wear Italian made shoes however I found them to be to narrow. These shoe are the right width and are true to size. I would highly recommend this shoe for anyone that needs a nice comfortable work shoe that you can take into any board room.
Nice design, great sheen, has a sturdy build but was a little bigger than expected. The width fit perfectly but there was a bit extra room for the toes. It arrived well within the estimated delivery time.
Considering that these are formal dress shoes, its stiffness is a good thing, because no wrinkles will appear easily. I felt they were too stiff and too tight the very first time I wore them but, after the first full day I use these shoes, they are as comfortable as my other dress shoes. No blisters, no need of double socks, no harsh contact of any kind. They have a moderate modern look and a high gloss that make them impressive, the different brown shades also make them look "special". Great deal at $50.
