They aren’t easy to get on is the downside. The upside is the rubber bottom that ensure I am least likely to slip when I’m wearing these shoes than any other pair I own. They are very comfortable as well.Keen has some quality control issues. The first pair I bought directly from keen had what might have been a small ball of glue inside the top rim of the shoe behind my ankle, but whatever it was rubbed and created blisters on my heel all the way through my socks. Keen no longer had stock in my size, so I took a shot and bought this pair. They are perfect. I walked all over ancient cobble stone streets in Italy having no mishap, and those rocks are slippery!
These shoes are sooo comfortable, but they run large - as pointed out in item reviews. I bought them to put custom orthotic inserts in them. I typically buy size 10 casual shoes, so I ordered Sz 9.5. They were falling off my heels. I reordered a Sz 9 and they're perfect with the inserts.
These are comfy, simple, and cute. I did not size down (apparently they are huge for some folks). I bought my usual size and they fit great — a bit roomy, but that adds to the comfort.
I want to love these shoes. I love the Keen brand - I buy almost exclusively Keen shoes because I know they will fit as I expect them to, but these shoes feel like a full size too big - so there’s no support and as a result my arches hurt after wearing these. They seem well made and I like the color, I’m just so sad about the sizing. I wear size 9 they fit like a size 10.
I needed a laceup shoe and love the fit. Unfortunately, they would not be great in wet or snow.
I really like the comfort but not the fabric. Several other pairs of my keens I like better. I do like they are lightweight.
Very nice
These shoes are comfortable and I love the style. They definitely run large; I like the toe room but there is too much space in the ankle even if it is tied tightly. The biggest issue is that the leather has an uneven appearance. The leather by the shoelaces is smooth, and the leather above the toes has a mottled, bumpy appearance with a large line across it on one shoe(see photo). I am not sure if the shoe was used (it was marked as new) or if it was damaged. I thought I'd get over it so I kept the shoes, but it doesn't look nice. I wish I had returned it for a better quality shoe.
