The KEEN Utility Women's San Jose 6" Alloy Toe Waterproof Wedge Work Boots stand out in the realm of work footwear thanks to their thoughtful design aimed at tradeswomen. The combination of durability and comfort is particularly noteworthy; these boots are constructed from high-quality waterproof leather that withstands the rigors of outdoor work environments.
The KEEN Luftcell air-infused midsoles add a layer of comfort that proves beneficial during prolonged use. Whether you’re maneuvering through muddy terrains or standing for hours, the lightness of these boots minimizes fatigue. Moreover, the moisture-wicking lining effectively draws sweat away from your feet, promoting a comfortable wearing experience regardless of the weather.
When it comes to safety, the asymmetrical alloy toes provide essential protection without the bulk of heavier materials. This feature, along with compliance to ASTM standards, gives peace of mind to users who prioritize both safety and comfort.
These boots excel in traction thanks to their oil- and slip-resistant outsoles, which reduce the risk of slips on wet surfaces. However, those needing maximum insulation might find these boots less effective in extreme cold, as they are designed primarily for waterproofing rather than thermal insulation.
Overall, the KEEN Utility Women's San Jose boots are an excellent choice for anyone seeking a combination of lightweight comfort, safety, and reliable waterproof performance.

So happy I found these. These are exactly what I was looking for. The fit is perfect, they're comfortable while working in an industrial environment all day everyday. They also aren't super heavy. I will be buying another pair.
Was so excited to get these initially. I'd tried them on in store, but felt like I needed a half size larger. They seemed like they would be very comfortable for work/farm use. Found what I THOUGHT was a great deal (approximately 30% off) directly from the manufacturer Keen shoes. NOWHERE on the listing was it stated that these were "factory seconds", but they clearly were. When I laced them up and tried to snug them to fit, the tongue kept crinkling badly on the left foot. I couldn't figure out what could be wrong. I took them off and my husband and I looked at the boot closely. The tongue was sewed in crooked, meaning I would have to WEAR them with the tongue only halfway covering my sock in order for it to lay smooth, or else deal with the odd looking crinkled tongue. Not doing it. I MIGHT have considered them ok for $50 or even $60, but NOT at $130+. I will be returning and ordering something else. Ebay has a ton of new and display model safety shoes/boots for a fraction of the price of these.
I love the Keen Brand so I knew these would be great boots. They are light, not clunky, but heavy duty. Plenty of room, cushion inside, look great and keep my feet warm. They are so comfortable! Worth it for work, but stylish to wear daily. They are just perfect.
So far these are my favorite work boots. Waterproof and SUPER comfortable! I'm definitely getting another pair.
These boots were pretty comfy but they only lasted about 4 months and both of the soles came separated from the bottom of the boots in the front. I’ve tried gluing them but they do not stay together…..for the money definitely not worth it, poor quality.
I do data/construction remodels at a big box store so I'm literally clocking miles on concrete by the end of the day. These are seriously like sneakers on my feet. I've spent so much on shoes and boots for work and finally found the perfect pair. I have herniated discs, high arches, and these have been an absolute lifesaver!!! Lots in my women trades group have been buying them up. They're perfect
A coworker recommended these to me. I read the reviews on here, and even more on other sites about the same boots, and decided to purchase. These boots are overall comfortable for standing, but I walk a lot at work, and after about a half mile I had very deep blisters on my heels. The ankles of these boots are so stiff that even just a small amount of rubbing became unbearable. The sizing is accurate I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly.
was really hesitant in buying my acual size but once i put them on i did not regret it one bit they’re so light and comfortable! love the color and we’re affordable so im very happy with my purchase ! Finding work boots my size is super hard to find 😭
