If you're considering the KEEN Utility Men's Atlanta Cool 2 Low Steel Toe Work Shoe, you should know about several key areas that make this shoe stand out.
Comfort: The shoes use KEEN.ReGEN technology, which provides exceptional cushioning and energy return. The breathable mesh uppers ensure airflow, especially in warmer climates, helping prevent foot fatigue even after long hours on your feet.
Protection: The asymmetrical steel toe meets stringent safety standards, providing peace of mind without feeling cumbersome. Coupled with electrical hazard ratings, these shoes are suited for various job sites where safety is paramount.
Traction: One of the standout features is the siped outsole that quickly disperses liquids, enhancing grip on slippery surfaces. Whether you’re walking on wet grass or moving through a warehouse, these shoes keep you grounded.
Fit and Sizing: While KEEN has a reputation for producing wider footwear, some users report that they still experience a tighter fit than expected. Trying them on before purchasing is advisable if you have broader feet.

Breathable, not overly heavy for steel toes this is my 2nd pair, 1st pair were steal toe sandals. I’ve had them over a year and will get another summer out of them. They’re holding up great and still comfortable.
This is my go to shoe. I love the feel and the fit of these and have tried others but came back to the KEEN. Hard to beat.
I used the shoes as soon I got them and they fit great and they breath well . I work hard and the shoes work very well in though conditions.
Love these safety shoes. Very comfortable to wear all day at work. Wide toe box so it’s not crushing your toes together.
Great work shoe. Very comfortable and not as heavy as most hard toe shoes.
Ordered to replace my 1 year old pair of Keens, the old ones held up really well. However, the exact model I had was no longer in production, so I found these; which were on paper very comprable. However, 1 month into wearing them both feet began to ache after just a couple hours in the morning, and were very sore by end of day. I figured maybe the insoles didn't jive with my feet, so I tried a couple different inserts; no improvement. I am now 3 months in, and have resorted to wearing my old worn out ones so I can stand through the day at work. Also, these were much lighter insulated than my old pair, but I didn't see anything on paper reflecting that. All in all, these don't work for my feet sadly. Going to research my old Keens once again and make sure there isn't a direct replacement from them, if not I'll probably look elsewhere for my work shoes.
Ive had a pair for quite some time now and I like them so much I just ordered my second pair. A really comfortable shoe essentially being a safety toe.
I've been through a half dozen Keen Atlanta work shoes over the years. These Gen 2 ship to me used with a Kohl's return sticker already on them. The lining in the steel toe was unattached and wadded up in the toes of both shoes. They are completely unusable, and judging by other comments a common issue. Now I have to drive over to Kohl's in order to return thanks to Amazon's new draconian return policy. Won't be purchasing again. Just more overpriced Chinese garbage!
