I spend a lot of time on the shop floor and I find these very comfortable. They fit well.
For someone who walks a lot these are great. They are tough and comfortable. There is a note that you should get them .5 size smaller for a better fit but that did not apply to me. I got my real size.
This is the best and comfortable shoes I ever bought, I wears a lot of steel toe shoes and brand name working in many different factories that requires to wear steel toe shoes, many other shoes heavier and make my feet hurt on the bottom of my foot, some others hurts my lower back, when I wear this shoe, it is so amazing feels so comfortable walking around all day so comfortable, I will buy it again for my boys, they are welders.
Shoes are comfortable when walking. I cannot say anything about the non-slip yet. shoe laces feel a little cheap might have to change them. Overall good shoes.
Having previously enjoyed the comfort of Keen hiking boots, I eagerly ventured into the realm of Keen work shoes, and they exceeded expectations. In just three weeks of wear, these shoes have already become my go-to for the workplace. The comfort is unmatched, making them my new favorite work shoes. Keen continues to deliver excellence in every step.
From day number one these shoes have felt great on my feet. I wear them all day and I am on my feet for almost 10 hours. I will buy these shoes again!
Edited to 1 star. I tried to break these in for months. I tried a separate insole cushion. I couldn't even get to where I could wear them for a full week. In the end, I would get major foot pain in my left foot. Which would take a few days to subside. Can't return them at this point. Forced to purchase a different brand.I bought these for a pair of "shop" shoes at work. While I really like how they wear. Lighter than work boots. And it's nice not having a higher ankle cover than regular work boots have. So far I haven't noticed any areas of concern for wearing too quickly. Now, I will say I am NOT in love with these either. They are not breaking in as well as I would like. They are still quite stiff. And I have also already changed out the insoles. The one's that are supplied just did not offer enough arch support or padding. I can still only get 3 days of continuous wear before I have to switch shoes to give my feet a break. I was really hoping for a rugged yet comfortable option. Feeling like I may only get the rugged part at this point.
The Keen work shoes are awesome. Light, durable and the right price. Very comfortable out of the box and true to fit! The shoe strings are different. A knurled string. Bought mine on Amazon. The Redwing's I bought took forever to break in. Then when I got them broke in. The side seams next to the very hard sole ripped after 8 month's. Yes! 8 month's. I kept the work shoe clean and oiled. The oil I bought from The Redwing Store. Don't waste your hard earned monies on all the other work shoes. Make sure if your feet are narrow to not get wide shoes by accident. I wear size 13. The Keen's are true to fit. Buy good insoles. I also wear arch supports. The heel cup was a little wide for me. But it's not a big issue. I hope this helps the working person to choose the right work shoe! Shawn.
