I am 275lbs, wearing these 5 days a week in all seasons of weather here in Pennsylvania. I tend to wear out shoes much faster than most but these have shown some excellent longevity.The pair shown in the pictures here have lasted me just under 4 years. These shoes have been to 6 different countries and probably 10 different states in the U.S. The color ages well, the stitching has never come apart, the soles wear evenly and don't have any obvious issues.I will be moving onto my third pair of these now, and I have only one complaint, the laces that come in the shoes will rip after about 3 months of use. Get yourself a good pair of replacements and you wont have to worry about it!
I have worn Florsheim on and off for years. This is the first pair that I have bought that within a day were broken in! I also generally have a problem with a cap to digging in behind my toes, and did not have that problem with this pair! I cannot express how happy I am with these shoes! Also, and I cannot emphasize this enough, they look amazing!
