The Etnies Men's Calli-Cut Skate Shoe, available in a classic white, navy, and gum colorway, is a remarkable piece from the etnies ICON Collection. This shoe stands as a testament to the brand's commitment to quality and style, being a re-issue of an iconic design pulled from etnies' rich archive. The mid-puff silhouette not only exudes a retro charm but also ensures maximum comfort with its padded tongue and collar.
What sets the Calli-Cut apart is its exceptional construction, featuring deep multi-directional flex grooves on the forefoot tread that provide enhanced grip and flexibility while skating. The classic double strobel stitching on the outsole sidewall adds durability, making it a reliable choice for those who demand longevity from their footwear. Inside, the terry visa lining offers additional comfort, ensuring your feet feel great even after hours of wear.

When it comes to skate shoes, comfort and durability are paramount, and the Etnies Men's Calli-Cut delivers on both fronts. The mid-puff silhouette is perfect for skaters who want extra ankle support without sacrificing mobility. The padded tongue and collar further enhance comfort levels, making this shoe ideal for long hours at the skatepark or casual outings alike.
On the performance front, the deep multi-directional flex grooves on the forefoot tread stand out. They not only allow for natural foot movement but also provide excellent grip on various surfaces, which is essential for executing tricks or simply riding around. The classic double strobel stitching adds a layer of durability that many competitors might lack, giving you confidence in your investment.
One of the standout features has to be the Foam Lite 1 insole, which offers cushioning that absorbs impact effectively. This means less strain on your feet during high-impact activities, making it a smart choice for aggressive skaters.
However, like any product, it does have its downsides. Some users report that the shoes may take some time to break in, which could be a concern if you're looking for immediate comfort. Additionally, while the colorway is classic, those seeking variety might find the options limited compared to other brands.

Shoe fits like a glove and that says a lot when you got wide feet like mine. The shoe has plenty of support in all the right places not to mention they are stylish for any occasion. They defiantly seem like they could hold up to a fair amount of abuse from the streets. I would buy them again. Hope this helps.
I've been looking for shoes like the ones I have for YEARS. The collar is super soft, and the shoes are wide. It took a lot of tries to find these because I need that type of cushion on the sides and back. I am so glad that I finally found these shoes! These are very comparable to the Harsh brand, which are no longer as padded or as comfortable. These are a big more pricey, but seem to be made of better quality material. The only downside is that the tongue is not as long as other skater shoes I've had, but I can definitely live with these.Happy.
My son is really happy with these shoes. They are comfortable, durable, and look nice!
They look great but they taper weirdly towards the toes and pinch the top of your feet. Never had that before
These are the best skate shoes I’ve bought since I was 13 and got my first pair which were etnies Calli-cut. I’m 25 now and have bought numerous pairs of converse, vans, Supras, and pumas. None come close to these. If you have a slightly wider foot like I do, the sizing and comfort is spot on. I’m only buying Calli-cut etnies from now on.
Bought these to skate in and wear around. The sole that Etnies puts on these shoes have been around for 20+ years I’d say. They are great to skate in, super durable yet thin enough that you can still feel the board, I love skating in these shoes. Nearly 45 now though so I ended up putting an insert for some more cushion. The uppers start to wear quick though if your doing tricks, especially kick flips. There are others shoes out there that have more durable uppers but you will pay more for them and the soles are pretty thick. So being that the cost/durability ratio is excellent, they ride well and they look great, I gave them 5 stars.
Purchased these for my boyfriend for Father’s Day. He loves them. We had no idea that it came with the interchangeable E either. It was a pleasant surprise.
I had these back in 2003 and I learned to skate in them. I wore them all the time and they got more comfy the longer I wore them. I was really excited to relive my 20’s by getting a pair but they were just a hard flat sole. No support at all. They look awesome but killed my feet . I like the fat tongue but the rest of the shoe was awful.
