I needed a replacement from my Ecco shoes that are worn out. This shoe fits comfortably while looking dressy enough for work.
These shoes are excellent- stylish and comfy; exactly what I wanted.However- sizing description is all over the place. Please order according to EU sizing chart. That is the most accurate. I am a US size 8, which is a EU 41, and the shoes fit well. (However, it is labeled at 7-7.5US)Inside of the tongue:EU 41- this is accurateUS 7- no. It should be a US 8Asia- 25 CM- no. Look great and feel like I am wearing sneakers!
Very comfortable out of the box. No need for break-in. The toe box comes in quickly right at little toe so I have reinforced the inner liner with tape to prevent premature wear through of the liner in that location. Also a bit snug there but that is par for the course for European-fit shoes. Otherwise these shoes are great for all-day wear at work.

Bought these shoes on Prime day at a great price. My usual size is a 44 M EU and I was swimming in these. I needed a size smaller. Exchange wasn't available when trying to return them, so I just got a refund and purchased the same shoes from the same seller (Amazon.com services LLC) for $48 more 5 days later. When contacting customer service, they stated the product didn't meet one of their criteria for exchange. They told me that they couldn't help me because of an internal policy on returns that wasn't made public. I lost $48.45 because of this INTERNAL policy that isn't available on the public website. From what I can find on the website, I should have been allowed an exchange for the exact same product (shoes) in a different size from the same seller (Amazon.com Services LLC). Customer service produced a policy that had one extra condition... not purchased with a promotion. Prime day is a promotion. So, NOTHING sold on Amazon Prime Day is eligible for exchange? What about items that were purchased for Christmas gifts? Hope none of those kids/grand kids out there get any gifts that don't fit. What a HUGE disappointment!!! I'm VERY dissatisfied with this experience!
