When considering footwear that combines practicality with undeniable style, the Dr. Martens Women's 1461 DS 3 Eye Oxfords stand out remarkably well. The brand has a storied legacy, beginning with the innovative air-cushioned sole designed by Dr. Klaus Maertens back in 1945, which revolutionized how we think about comfort in shoes.
These oxfords are not just a fashion statement; they provide exceptional cushioning and support, making them versatile enough for daily wear or special occasions. The lace-up closure ensures a snug fit, while the round toe design adds a touch of classic elegance to your ensemble.

Exelente
Beautifully well made. A bit wide as I have very narrow feet. I wear a size 8 and could have easily worn a 7.5, possibly even a 7. Very good quality!
What can you say, they are Docs and Docs never fail me, however, I really wanted the white and The headline says womens which I am fine with, but the size chart clearly shows mens fits, so I bought into the mens fit thinking I would get a true size 8 and these are a tad too small.Although I am just rolling with them, they are too tight for me and that kind of sucks because Docs are known for their comfort. So, just make sure, you buy into a womens size.Live in the Pit my friends!
I bought the cherry red men's 3 eyelet 1461 Dr. Marten's shoe. These shoes really look great with dark green dress slacks, khaki slacks or jeans. My shoes were made in Thailand. I have wide feet and normally wear a size 13 US and many times they are too narrow. I ordered the UK size 12 which corresponds to a US size 13 and was worried that the shoes would be too tight. However because of the nice roomy and rounded toe, these shoes fit really well. I personally like to tighten my shoe strings so that they pull both sides of the eyelets on the two instep flaps almost tight together and I can do that with these shoes. The shoes are rather comfortable right out of the box except for a little stiffness. I have only experienced one problem so far and that is that the top of the right heel seems to dig into and rub against the back of my heel on my right foot. I have tried to bend back the top rim of the heel on the right shoe and it seems to help. It seems to be getting better with each wearing. This is my second pair of Dr. Martens and my other pair did the same thing. It may be because my right foot is somewhat smaller than my left foot, but I do not experience this problem with most other brand shoes. The color is a slight bit darker than the cherry red shown -- it is almost a burgandy color. I would have preferred the more cherry red color but I am pleased with this color and it is one handsome pair of men's shoes which go well with dress slacks or jeans. Another neat thing about these shoes is that they come with an extra pair of yellow shoelaces. You can switch from the black shoelaces which come with the shoes for those more dressy events to the yellow shoelaces which go so well with the yellow stitching around the soles of the shoes for those more casual occasions. I really like the more chunky masculine look of these rounded toe shoes. A rounded toe shoe is so great for those of us who have larger feet. The rounded toe gives the feet a more appealing look and makes the feet look a slight bit smaller. These shoes are a slight bit heavy but seem to be well constructed. I give a 4 star rating only because of the problem I have had with the heel digging into my heel on the right foot. This is a really great looking man's shoe. I would recommend it to add an interesting color and variety to your men's shoe wardrobe.
I bought both colors of these oxfords, my perfect size is 8 W (bunions), so I bought size 8. At first they felt pretty tight thru the instep, but other reviewers said you have to break dr Martins in. I wore them around the house and like magic they conformed to my foot. I am very pleased with these beauties.
Everything was exactly Walhalla we wanted. Fast shipping no issues.
I have had doc martens shoes since the late 1980's. I decided to go with the vintage 1461 model Made In England. I looked at the ones made in Thailand, somehow I felt the ones made in England were better, just my opinion. Of course, reading about this shoe in Amazon and elsewhere most people seemed to agree that the English shoes were better made. It is a well made shoe, it is a sturdy shoe. It will take some time to break in, but I knew that before the ballgame started. I am a diabetic and my feet are important to me, so I rarely wear cheap quality shoes. And yes, the extra $60.00 is worth it. I will not kid you, the shoes are expensive and they always have been that way since I saw other punks wearing them in 1979. In fact, in this country punks (and skinheads) were the only people wearing them at that time. However, luckily today, the shoes are more accessible and if you want a cheaper model you can buy the ones made in China or Thailand no problem. I recommend the ones directly from England, but in any case they are good shoes.
