I'll get this out of the way - I don't know if Cole Haan or Amazon were the ones that used a simple brown box as the shoe box vs a normal Cole Haan branded one but it makes the purchase feel less valuable and upscale. Even shoes from Payless Shoes get a branded box while this shoe, which is coming from an upscale brand with higher prices comes in an unmarked box. Ultimately the actual shoes are much more important than the box (hence why I still give it 5 stars), but still, come on... Whoever was responsible for this presentation should stop doing it, especially with people possibly purchasing the item as a gift.The shoes are amazing, like pretty much every other Cole Haan shoe that I've owned. I found the shoes accurate to size and would not recommend any changes to your typical shoe size. The shoes are a perfect blend of casual and enough formal to allow for wearing them in numerous settings. I do not think you can go wrong purchasing these shoes.

Comfort and style- perfect combination. Light weight. This brand and style tend to run large. Did need to buy 1/2 to full size smaller than other shoes.

I really like this style of shoe and am very happy with the them. I have normal width feet and they fit well. I don't think I'd recommend these to people with wide feet and they may be too narrow. As far as size they feel true to size. I bought a size 9 and normally wear size 9.
