Order a full size down. These run extremely large. I’ve given up after two returns, as the sizing is not consistent with the size guide measurements. Take a careful look at the size guide lengths and tape measure the inside and outside of your normal-sized dress shoes to compare and find a size that makes sense. Style of the shoe looks nice and great silhouette for formal events. They raised prices by about $20 for other sizes between returns so choosing a different brand to buy from.
