Great quality!!
Manufacturer was great about exchanging the original. The ones I tried on in store dust for the same as the amazon size, so I had to exchange. There were no issues.The shoes fit good, though they touch the top of by fat big toe, it is hard to find shoes that don't pitch against my toe though. As very soft leather is less noticeable, these as a more standard leather for stiffness.Glued to the sole, not stitched, so that's the only thing that would worry me about longevity.

IF SOMEONE THINKS THESE ARE PLASTIC AND NOT REAL LEATHER, THEY ARE AS DUMB AS A ROCK. THEY ARE REAL LEATHER, PERIOD. I USED MINERAL OIL TO MAKE THE LEATHER FLEXABLE AND SOFT AND THEY IMMEDIATELY ABSORBED THE OIL,, PROVING THEY ARE 100% REAL LEATHER.VERY HAPPY WITH THE SHOE(This is my wife's account, I am a Guy)
I have found I love the fit of Clarks, and they are just so damned comfortable. The only hang up is that they squeak when I walk. Otherwise these shoes are awesome if I could find some that do not squeak I'd stock up on them.
The shoes are comfortable.
Almost all of my business shoes are Clarks. This pair is replacing an older pair of Clarks and I expected the usual comfort and quality that I have always had with Clarks shoes. Leather is very stiff and makes shoes uncomfortable while wearing. I walk a lot at work and thought they would soften up, but I was wrong. The insole has a lump where the two materials come together and presses against my heel as I walk. I've worn Clarks for years and currently have five other pairs of their shoes with no issues. I can't return them since I've already worn them. I've tried to make them work, but I cannot continue to wear them. Total loss of money and disappointed long tern Clarks customer.
