Shoes very comfortable and look nice.
I'm giving these 4/5, deducting one star because I only wear dress shoes on special occasions and can't vouch for them on an everyday basis, but I can tell you I just wore them to a wedding where I was on my feet all day long and they fit really well, looked good and were perfectly comfortable, with no break-in needed and no soreness afterwards. It also rained a bit, so naturally the soles got wet, but I'm happy to say that I didn't experience any slippage.As far as sizing goes, I went up a half size from my Clark's Bushacre 2s, since the Whiddons are narrower and slimmer.There's a lot of options in this price range, but I'm glad I settled on the Whiddons. Give 'em a try, I bet you'll be happy with them, too.
Great shoe. Worth the money.
They are basic oxfords. They look good and are very comfortable. They do not have a gloss shine, but can be polished to be glossy. For the price, they are better than expected.
Good fit and shine like a military parade shoe
I purchased these for my husband. He wears a suit and tie everyday along with dress shoes. I have also been a fan of the women’s Clark brand shoes and thought he may like the men’s shoes. I was not wrong. Super comfortable and easy to wear all day. He is on his feet a lot and these hold up well. He is a hard man to impress so if he says these are good shoes I know I found a winner. When he wears them out I will purchase these again!
