I was skeptical getting these because of some iffy reviews. I did the try and buy, and ended up buying them. I LOVE these shoes. They did ship with a tad bit of yellow paint on one of the shoe laces, but other than that they were fine. They're work shoes, I really didn't care.I'm currently in physical therapy due to a flare up in an old ankle injury. My therapist told me to bring in my work shoes, just to see what I wore on my feet for up to 10 hour days. She didn't have anything bad to say about these shoes (but she tore apart my daily shoes. Oops) She said there's plenty of width and ankle room, and the arch support isn't flat so it's better than nothing. She did suggest taking out the insoles and replacing them, but wasn't too concerned about it.To sum it up, some pros and cons.Pros: comfy, PT approved, cute, lightweightCons: paint on shoe lace, built in CAT tag on tongue ripped after 2 weeks, sent wide size instead of regular that I ordered (ended up needing wide anyway)
I got these on the wardrobe closet to try and I got them today, wore them & I've had not discomfort. (I have flat feet) u can always get inserts..they fit perfect. I'm usually an 8.5 but I got a 8 normal (as rec in comments) the fit is perfect! Theyre def not bulky as others. It looks/feel like a reg sneaker. I kept them on after work to run errands. I literally have to remind myself I have steel toes on. These pair seem to feel like my best steel toes I've had & I've worn 10 diff pairs over the yrs leading up to now. Every yr I get a new & diff shoe..I feel I will be doing a repeat on these! I like the narrow toe yet i have plenty room inside as if theyre wider..my pinky toe isnt getting pinched as with the other shoes..🙌I work 10 hr days lots of walking so i hope they don't disappoint in the long run! Will update. I most def reccomend!**UPDATE* i have not hurt at all in these..even after a couple months..the feel is of a normal sneaker still. I stand in place on concrete for a couple hrs..from time to time..no pain unlike the last pair..I'd leave work limping..I didn't use a mat on a couple of occassions to test & I'm flat footed..no pain. I couldn't believe it lol...but again I rec!!!! I wish they had more designs cause I would def be a loyal customer.
I work as a Project Manager on construction sites. These are comfortable to walk in all day. They look great. My feet stay protected all day. Worth the purchase. They are lightweight and don’t wear my feet out. They’re flexible and easy to walk in.
I’ve had foot surgery and still have feet problems. Trying to find a comfortable pair of steel toe shoes/boots has been an expensive challenge. These I’ve been wearing for 3weeks. They are super cute 😃 and comfortable! The quality of them are good. As as light weight, yes they are lighter than others I’ve tried. But still on the heavier side, especially after 6 hours. With that being said I have feet issues so after 6 hours my feet just hurt 😔Yes, I would buy another. I highly recommend these for women who have to wear a steel toe.I hope this we’ll help others 😃
They are good quality, it’s just that I prefer a sneaker that is more like a basketball style with a wider toe box. They look like early 80’s joggers. These are under the Wolverine umbrella so they are very durable and conform to safety standards, that being the most important aspect.
Over all is good. I did buy one size bigger coz I knew I will need to dr.scholl to support heel. The toe box is fit to tight, really hope to have wide size it would be perfect.
I don’t know if it was just my pair of shoes but when I put them on they were really uncomfortable. And it wasn’t a sizing issue I ordered the right size but the way the instep is made causes the muscles in my feet to hurt days after I take them off. I even changed the bottom using 2 different inserts one of them being Dr. Scholls! And still same result. Something about how the shoe is made and the instep of the shoe is wrong. This was a waste of money
Comfortable but started falling apart after a month! Was super disappointed!
