I needed a pair of steel toes for work, and these ones looked pretty cute! The cat brand had always appealed to me for style and durability. What I didn’t anticipate was these becoming the most comfortable shoes in my collection. I have high arches, and plantar fasciitis. So these may not be for everyone. But for myself, standing and moving for 10 hr days, these don’t make me want to cut my feet off. They are insanely comfortable to me. I will say the heel height is something to be aware of. There is height on these, and they’re sneakers, so there’s not a lot of additional ankle support. If you need arch support, with thick soles for shock absorption, and simultaneously a lightweight feel, these are a solid bet. If you’re working all day in these-- consider a wide. You’ll want some room when your feet swell.
Had to buy some elastic laces to make them comfortable. They are on the heavier than your average steel toe but after a while you get used to them.
It fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I like the fact that they really don’t look like steel toe shoes.
Great shoe, for working in a wear house. Takes about a week or so to break them, they do clomp like bricks on your feet, but work great.
Absolutely no ankle support. Not comfortable at all. Returning.
