I love anything carhart but these boots are comfortable and fit perfectly. I love the style and they are water resistant which is great for my trade. I’ve been wearing them 3 months and no signs of wear and tear at all.
This is the first time I buy carhartt shoes but I’ve been wearing carhartt clothes shirts , pants beanies , hats , jackets you name it for years. and always very happy with the quality. working on the hvac business for years that’s a must have for me and this boots are not an exception very good quality and very confortable at the end of my day shift I’m not tire of wearing them at all
So far, after a weeks worth of use, these boots are better than expected. I am very hard on my footwear, so I will be reviewing later if I remember.First impressions, great arch support compared to my KEEN San Jose pair that I just wore out in 6 months. These are extremely light, and my feet felt good after a couple of days in them which was a great change for me. The bottoms are relatively flat, but so far that’s not been an issue for me.Honest to goodness the only thing I would change is to make them speed laces, but that is nitpicky and I cannot ding them for it. The only reason I won’t go 5 stars is that I have yet to review their longevity and that is a huge aspect of quality.**************************************UPDATEAfter 4 months, these boots are starting to show what I’ve put them through. The name logo on the bottom has almost worn through in a spot and the tread is starting to get much more flat. The leather has been holding up well for me never having touched it for maintenance, and getting it wet very often. I believe the insole to have started to wear down a bit, as the boots no longer feel as supportive.I recommend these boots still, but if you’re on concrete all the time or asphalt they may wear down relatively fast. Don’t expect these boots to last multiple years if you’re hard on your feet like I am
This is a fantastic and comfortable light duty boot. I am using it for home garage and shop work, but it's pretty light weight and I think you would destroy this boot on a construction site. It is listed as a casual shoe on the Carhartt website and not a work boot. So it does what it says.On the size front, I am typically a 9 with any popular sneaker brand, but with this boot, I had to size down 1/2 size and probably could have gone down a full size, but I want to wear pretty thick socks in the winter. That is likely dependent on where you fall in your current sizing(are you a full 9 who sometimes wears a 9.5, or are you a smaller 9 that sometimes sizes down for boots and chunkier shoes). If on rare occasions you size down for some shoes, size down here, or consider try before you buy.
Great craftsmanship on the leather, the fit and sole. Soles are not too soft to wear out quickly and just soft enough for sneaker like cushioning. Break in quickly. Nylon upper is perfect right out of the box. Swapped out the insoles to make them less hot for warm weather.
Great boots, but they arrived with a torn shoelace. I didn’t want to hassle with returning and re-ordering so I will reach out to the seller for a replacement set of laces. Otherwise, killer boots.
Got these for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves these! He says they are breathable and surprisingly comfortable. He’s used to wearing cowboy boots and says these boots feel so much better for his feet.
Thought this was. Name brand
