They fit, they feel comfortable, and they're durable, but they cam pre-scuffed. When I received them they felt uncomfortable, tight and they were scuffed up around the toe. I thought of sending them back but then decided to wear them in. After wearing them for 3 days they felt better than my old boots. I was still upset about the scuffs as I wanted to be the one to scuff them but it's whatever. The boots have been great and my husband loves them but after only wearing for about 6 months the heel has completely broken. I bought these for him as a gift and the return window is only 3 months. For the cost I’m very upset the heel broke down so quickly. I’d like my money back but Amazon has said they cannot help me.
I bought these for my son he loves them my second nearby in them the quality has lasted fair fit was exceptional true to size very comfortable to wear.
I purchased these bootsJan. 2020 thru Amazon . I was very happy with these boots until Nov. 2020.the left boot inside the heal came loose from the foundation of the boot. Because of this I could not get the boot off without help. The heal would come up with my foot and trapped it inside the boot. I understand problems can happen with any product.What I'm not pleased about is the customer service from Ariat. First of all I called the customer service number and was on hold listening to the same song for 48 minutes and was disconnected. The next day I called again and was on hold for 41 minutes be fore I talked with customer service. They told me since the boots were less than 1 year old that this was a warranty claim and I should contact the warranty dept. I contacted them thru email and got lovely response from them that told me how important I was to them and I should contact the retail dealer and he would contact them for a request for warranty and if I could not do that to call Ariat customer service.I am still waiting for an answer to my last contact.Like I said the boots were great until the problem and I realize that problems happen with all products but what is extremely upsetting is the run around from Ariat.Just wanted to let you know what to expectJohn Williams
