I know the brand and as use to be, very good
A quality shoe and should last a long time. I think it would be reparable pretty easily.
The quality of the leather of the shoe like most Allen Edmond are good as I have about 18 pair of there shoes. Unfortunately the design and build of this shoe seems off as the top portion of the shoe is extremely narrow for a 10D. Also i noticed that the insole of this shoe is not correct as it belongs in the suede Loafer Super Sport and not the leather one. Box came in pretty beat up not sure if I got a used pair or not. Wanted to like these shoes like my others but just cant!
So the shoe runs long yet the top pinches around the middle of the foot big time. It's not the kind of discomfort that you can hope will go away after the shoe breaks in.I was also disappointed by how the shoes looked in person. It's kind of hard to describe but the top corners of the upper where it is attached to the sides of the shoe have some extra fabric and are not flush. Looks much better online in my opinion.
Really uncomfortable. Not up to par of what an sleep Edmond should be. They should be ashamed of themselves. Way below my other Allen Edmonds I own.
