I was hesitant to buy these because I was afraid the seam would rub my toes. I don't notice it at all. I really liked the style of this shoe and had been looking at them for a while. The price dropped around Black Friday and I decided to go for it. My podiatrist recommended this brand because of a bone spur on my heel. Elevated heel and open back was the style he recommended. The arch support is perfect for me. I noticed that as soon as my foot was in place. My next thought was the toe area seemed a bit large. But when you wear them for a while you realize it's a great fit.
First of all the color is autumnal, sage, green the style is classic but with an extra little oomph… They are so comfortable they are slip resistant meaning they have great traction without being catchy. I love them so much. I bought an extra pair in basic black I get compliments. Every time I wear them the green ones or the black ones. I wish they came in Navy.
Dansko shoes are so comfortable that I ordered this pair just to have a different color. I am sure this will be my new favorite. If you are on your feet a lot, these shoes is a must. No more sore feet and the end of the day. Worth the price.
This shoe is dressy enough for professional settings but is casual enough for shopping, etc. They are comfortable and stay on with no effort. I wish I had bought 1/2 size down as they are leather and are stretching a little.
I love this loafer clog. I have some issues with my feet and I put this on, wore it all day with no foot pain.
I am a loyal fan of Dansko. I love their arch and roomie toe box without looking big in toe box.But the wood in these shows literally hurt foot on foot bed at upper part of my wood after first 1/2 day of wearing. I now limp on my right foot still from lingering pain of the wood. Seriously, I limp from pain on sole of my foot even without shoes and now am nervous to wear shoes. It’s terrible. Very life altering limp. Do not buy these shoes. The wood is too hard. It’s a shame, bc I genuinely purchased so many Dansko for many years in stores that were wonderful.
After I wore them the first time, the color rubbed off the toe area on the front of the shoe. Then I wore again and it got worse. I had to return them. It’s too bad because they were adorable and they fit so well I’m not sure why and how this happened but I have a lot of shoes similar, and it never happens to any of my other shoes.
I stand all day at work. Dansko is a great shoe. My legs and back do not hurt after a long day. He loafer style is cute.
