I love these little shoes, I bought them for my daughter about 2 months ago, just after she turned a year. She was still mostly crawling and I love that these have a clear coat over the sparkle that protects the shoes from dragging on the floor when she is crawling. Some of our other shoes of the same style, but different color (matte leather) have some of the color scraped off from her crawling in them. Since then she has started walking more and she is able to walk great in these shoes, she never slips and she loves to put them on. I've used Robeez soft shoes in the past and I definitely think these are better for "walkers". Highly recommend!
Excellent! Shoes fit well and 13 month old can't take them off (not easily anyway). Very pretty. Super sparkly but smooth surface no no sparkles get all over the place and no sparkle trail of glitter.
Pedipeds are my favorite shoes! I have a one year old and we have bought these shoes for her since she really started wearing them at about 5 months. They are very soft on the bottoms, but still protect her feet against any elements. They are so comfortable too it seems like. I have had some issues with shoes being too narrow for her feet. Babies have fat feet! Either her feet did not fit into them or the strap was too tight, but these are perfect! She can wear them all day without any redness or marks on her feet where they were tight or rubbed. These are so cute and the glitter is beautiful without being messy. I think it is protected by a silicone layer; the glitter does not come off or feel rough. They are very smooth as well as appealing.
I purchased this shoe for my 1 year old who's just beginning to walk, and I'm absolutely in LOVE with these shoes! The quality is amazing, as is typical of Pedipeds, and the 12-18mo size fits very well with lots of room to grow. The overall shoe is constructed perfectly for chubby little baby feet. I love the rubberized bottom of the shoe--non-slip when inside and easy to clean after we're outside. We've gotten so many compliments on the gorgeous design!
Very nice shoes, my daughter is very comfortable in these. It is light weight, thin sole and very easy for new toddlers. From day one she is able to run in these. Very durable as well, glitter is plain on surface and nothing comes out or pricks (very soft on outside). Only it is on little pricy side and I highly recommend it and I am planning to buy bigger size in same when she outgrows this one.
My 15 month old granddaughter wears these everywhere. As a young walker these are the perfect footwear!
My daughter has tiny feet so it was hard to find shoes that helped her learn to walk. She has been wearing these and another pair by this brand for the past four months. They make it so easy for her to walk, and they have some wear on the bottom but otherwise still look brand new. The sparkles are adorable, match with everything, and people are always asking me where I got them.
Supportive and seemingly high-quality, these seemed like the perfect first shoes for my little one. They're awfully cute, too: for about a week, they garnered compliments *everywhere* we went. At my daughter's daycare, the workers got a kick out of watching the other babies crawl after my daughter, attracted to the sparkles. :) Unfortunately, during a quick car trip (less than 10 minutes), my daughter was able to gnaw open the plastic coating (and presumably swallow some of it). Picture silver glitter all over her face, hands, hair, AND the back seat of my car. Ugh. Pediped's customer service was absolutely top-notch--even though I'd bought from Amazon, they replaced the shoes for free. Apparently, this style has been discontinued (due to so many little ones doing just what my daughter did) but Amazon is not making that clear online. Purchase with caution! (That said, we'll definitely be Pediped customers in the future.)
