I don't know about your kid, but ours loves to curl her toes as we put her shoes on, which made slip-on sneaker types very hard to put on her. The velcro mary-jane style makes it super easy to put on, and now our kid gets excited that we're going on a walk and looks for her shoes! That tells me they are comfy for her feet, since she absolutely hates anything that is even remotely uncomfortable. She's had fun learning to use the velcro, as well. Very happy with them. After almost 3 weeks of walking, they still look pretty good even through her tripping, occasional crawling on the sidewalk (when she's tired or is squatting and notices a leaf/rock that needs examination).
These shoes are so adorable on my 18-month old baby girl. We love Pedipeds, and since discovering them a few months ago, they are the only brand of shoes I am interested in buying for my child. She is wearing 18-24 months now but can still squeeze into her 12-18 month Pedipeds (she has a lot of room to grow in the 18-24 size). This style is so cute and they seem comfortable. The leather bottom doesn't slip on our hardwood floors, and it is thick enough that it is okay for her to walk outside in them. My daughter likes to point to these and say "bow"!. Pedipeds are really well made. They are a little expensive, but they seem worth it to me. I have bought many other shoes when my daughter was younger in the $15-25 range and they all seem like junk compared to this brand. I won't waste any money on other brands anymore.
These have to be my favorite little girl shoes of all time!!! They are SO cute. And SO easy to get off and on. We have a tiny little girl - and when she first started walking we had a hard time finding a shoe with at sole..........that was actually soft enough to bend with her foot.I stumbled across these shoes and FELL IN LOVE!!!!I have since ordered MULTIPLE shoes - in MULTIPLE colors!!They are super easy for her to walk in - and they look ADORABLE!!! And they are VERY durable!!! These are her everyday shoes at daycare and they hold up awesome!!!
I bought these shoes for our granddaughter as her first Christmas gift. they are very cure, beautiful and very good quality!
These toddler shoes were gorgeous, so soft and pretty. They looked wonderful on mygrand daughter and were so comfortable. Fit her feet perfectly and I just guessed on thesize. Would definitely buy them again.
I was hesitant to purchase shoes for our 7 month old baby but she is already crawling everywhere and pulling up to stand on everything! I know they are supposed to be barefoot until walking but we are out an about most day with my older children so I never know what kind of floors or surfaces we will be on. It's November and getting very cold here in the Midwest so I feel better that her feet are protected . I love that they have a leather sole, and this style is adorable on her. Even cuter in person and silver goes with everything. She has long feet for her age, but the 6-12 mo. Size fit her perfectly. She hasn't yet figured out how to take them off, so they stay on nicely.
My little one learned to walk in summer when she was barefoot, soo when it came time to go places and wear shoes for the first time she HATED it. Screamed, cried, sounded like we were torturing her. I have a suspicion that she is sensitive and also was afraid that she wouldn't be able to move as well in the shoes. We would put them on her and she would walk how a dog walks when you put shoes on- then collapse screaming.These are the first shoes she ever tolerated! We would go to the playground and I would let her play barefoot for a little bit and then when she was comfortable I would slip these shoes on and she would just keep going! Outgrew them pretty quickly and we moved on to striderite srtech but man they were invaluable as a first trainer shoe!
These are lovely shoes, but unfortunately I had to return them because my baby's feet are narrow. These shoes are perfect for wide feet. I purchased the Stride Rite walkers on Amazon instead. These have a much better fit. Wish these had a narrow width because I'd purchase them again.
