Our daughter has sensory sensitivities and can be very particular about thick soled shoes. She enjoys wearing these and seems comfortable without any urgency to take them off they also seem super warm.The construction and quality is definitely there and they look far more expensive than they are.
My five year old did great with these - we took him to see falcons and he wore them all day with no complaints. They were lightweight when we went on a hike and warm the entire time! Great boots.
We bought these for our daughter to wear when hiking in the mountains. The size chart was really helpful when deciding which size to order. We measured her foot and the size we chose based off the chart was a perfect fit. She said they are comfy, help her feet not slide on rocks, and her feet aren't sore after hiking all day. Would definitely recommend this shoe to others!
These boots are great, and fit really well. However, I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered a pair of purple boots with velcro at the top. What I received is a blue pair with tie laces and no Velcro. Luckily my daughter likes them and can tie her shoes. I just wanted to have something she didn’t have to worry about when at camp hiking around. Not sure if the listing issue is with Amazon or the seller.
I bought these for both of my sons for a summer filled with hiking. I cannot recommend these enough! Not only are they comfortable and grippy on trails, they breathe enough that they don’t stink like other shoes.But they are advertised as waterproof. That is the greatest understatement! My son stepped on a muddy riverbank and sunk to his knees and had to sit and wait for help escaping the mud. The shoe stayed on, washed clean, and to my astonishment, his sock was completely dry and mud free where the shoe was covering it. They are more than waterproof—they are mud and kid proof!
if you think they are waterproof they are not, only walked 700 feet in light snow and my baby's socks got wet
As most of you know kids are always running, and climbing. These are perfect for hikes and we've gone on at least 3 so far and each time we hike its about 3 hrs and the shoes are still holding up. my kid says they're comfy.
