Excellent service and product. Very classy and comfortable.
Decent shoes. Im a flight attendant and on my feet all day. Ive had then about a month and they seem to hold up well. I get lots of compliments on them. I see lots of negative reviews, and not sure why. The shoes were a little tight at the top of my foot, but once broken in, they were fine. I ordered a 10.5 and they were about a half inch too long. Ill get a 10 next time.Better than anything I could find in the box stores. Almost as good as the Bostonian slip on oxfords I used to get that Bostonian no longer makes.
A great looking shoe, replaced a much older same model of Florsheim that finally gave out. Fit appears to be true to size (11 1/2D). Only concern is that they are initially extremely stiff - hoping that with break-in and occasional wear they will soften/loosen up. When I say extremely stiff - hardly flex at all. If you know what the "egg test" that a shoe company did years ago was to show how flexible their shoes were - don't try it. You'll waste an egg!!
Fit was right on and very comfortable.
This shoe is horrible as far as comfort. I ordered a 3E wide shoe and it was the size of a regular size American Made shoe. Not at all as described in the description of the shoe. The body was small and narrow, the size of the shoe was smaller than specified, overall comfort is a Negative 1. I will not be buying anymore from Amazon's "try before you buy" program. It was a nightmare. I ordered two different pair of Florsheim wing tip shoes at the same time. One NEVER showed up, the other did not have the return shipping label to return the product if it doesn't fit. They say they won't charge you until you try on and make your decision to buy or not. I notified Amazon that the return shipping label was NOT in the box and they NEVER sent me a return label as quoted. Now I'm charged over $138 for the shoes and they want me to drive to a UPS station 60 miles from me to return the shoes. Not good customer service & not a good "Try Before You Buy" program.
