I've tried a few different boots. But these are the best Bang for the buck! Very comfortable and durable
I purchased my first pair in 2020. It took some time to get used to the flat bottoms. My previous work boots all had heals on the bottom. Once I got used to them, they were a great feel and wore in perfectly. I just purchased my second pair in Summer of 2023. Great tough boots.
I love Wolverines, my last several pairs have been Wolverines and I'd argue they're some of the more comfortable work boots out there. These are well made and look great, but definitely run a little narrow. I'm a size 12 and my feet are wide but not flipper-wide, so I figured I'd get normal size 12s like I usually do. I should definitely have gotten the 12 wide though. Otherwise these things are great so far. I've had them for about 3 months with no other major complaints. They're holding up great.
I wanted some lighter boots and ultimately these aren't heavy but for sure not light either, I normally get thorogood/timberland pros but seen these and really loved the design and color choices. These fit more like timberland pros, I purchased a 9.5 wide and they fit snug but not overly tight. When there isn't wide options I normally need to get a 10, so I would say take advantage of the "try before you buy" option as every foot is different. The boots themselves feel great, leather feels great, nice insulation on the inside and if I can get a good year from these I'll be happy. Surprisingly great boots from Wolverine.
I am a pipefitter and I work in a building with concrete floors. I'm on my feet all day as well climbing on and off of fixtures that hold large piping systems. These have been very comfortable so far. They look nice enough to wear them out if I had to. I am required to wear safety toe boots and these are so far the most comfortable pair yet. Previously I had Timberland Pros, Chippewas and a few others. These are better than those and seem to have a better build quality as well. I've worn them for a week so far. If they fall apart I will edit this review but I don't think they will. I do work in an indoor environment, so I'm not getting them wet or muddy, so take that into account when considering this review.
Wore holes through both of the on my first job site after purchasing.. Looked nice, not for real work, do better Wolverine..
Fit and style. Wolverine nailed it. Plan on keeping these around a while.
