The Wolverine Men's W04707 Wolverine Boot is designed with functionality in mind, making it an ideal choice for those who work in rugged environments. When it comes to work footwear, the Wolverine Men's W04707 stands out in both style and functionality. Made from 100% premium nubuck suede leather, this boot is not only visually appealing but also built to withstand the rigors of tough job sites.
The Goodyear welt construction adds a level of sturdiness that many other boots lack, contributing to its longevity. One of the standout features is the removable EVA foam footbed. This footbed molds to your foot over time, providing personalized comfort that's essential for long hours on your feet.
Additionally, the boot's slip-resistant rubber midsole excels on slick surfaces, helping to prevent slips and falls—an imperative feature for anyone working in potentially dangerous conditions. The lightweight nylon shank helps minimize fatigue, allowing you to focus on your tasks without discomfort.
A vital aspect of any work boot is safety, and the Wolverine Men's W04707 does not disappoint. It carries an ASTM F2413-18 M I/75 C/75 EH rating for steel toe protection, ensuring that your toes are safeguarded against heavy objects or accidental impacts.
However, it's worth noting that while the boot is unlined for instant comfort—a plus for many—it may also mean that some users might experience a longer break-in period, especially if they are not accustomed to wearing such robust footwear.

THESE ARE MY 3RD. PAIR OF WOLVERINES....STILL HAVE MY OTHER OLDER PAIRS I STILL USE FOR TRACTOR/LAND WORK. THE NEW PAIR I USE FOR REGULAR EVERYDAY WORKBOOTS.....THESE BOOTS ARE THE VERY BEST BOOTS MADE ! THEY CANNOT BE BROKEN, WORN EASILY OR SOLE COME APART.....I URGE ANYONE TO FIND A BETTER, COMFORTABLE OR MORE TOUPHER BOOT......DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN 'WOLVERINES'.....THEY ARE THE BEST IN MY OPINION.(4727) BOOTS ARE THE ONES I BOUGHT PRIOR....(4707) ARE MY NEW ONES AND THE DIFFERENCE IS THESE NEW ONES HAVE STEEL TOE. I ALSO HAVE 'BATES' BOOTS (DESERT CERTIFIED) WHICH ARE GREAT, BUT WOLVERINES ARE STILL #1. BATES COMPANY ALSO BOUGHT OUT WOLVERINE. THEY TOO KNOW HOW TOUPH WOVERINES ARE !
These are boots well worth the purchase. I needed to buy arch support gel sole insets to be more comfortable . These boots have lasted about nine months wearing them every day for a big guy like me is not half bad for the price. I am planning on buying a the same pair again soon since they are comfortable with the gel soles arch supports that I purchased separately .
Good boot for the price. They seem to hold up well.
Steel toeNot to heavyNice looking
Husband bought these for work with metal gates and welding. Ordered his usual size 11 and the boots came in a perfect fit. Three months into heavy wear and work they still have not ripped. Good quality boots.
Last time I try Wolverine, Can’t get them on at any size
I work in power plants. As a result I'm on my feet on concrete and steel grating all day. These boots are comfortable enough to wear for the long days on my feet.I haven't submerged them yet but I have spent about 6 hours outside in the rain and my feet stayed dry!The toe box is wide enough that my D-width feet do not feel pinched after a full day of walking.
Boots were rubbing my ankle bad right out of the box. I put a piece of mole skin on the inside and solved that problem. Quickly learned they ARE NOT water proof from being out in the snow for a few hours. Since then i haven't been wearing them meaning to put some waterproofing on them. Overall I only have a few weeks of wear but they are comfortable. I used to buy Red Wings boots that were a similar style but they are over $200 and only lasted around a year so if these hold up i'll be very happy for the price.
