When it comes to minimalist footwear, the WHITIN Men's Wide Toe Box Hightop Barefoot Shoes stand out for several reasons. The combination of a spacious toe box and a zero-drop sole promotes natural foot positioning, making them an excellent choice for anyone transitioning to barefoot-style shoes. The high-top design provides significant ankle support, which is particularly beneficial during weightlifting or other rigorous activities.
The flexible rubber sole contributes to a natural walking experience, allowing your feet to move as they were designed to. This feature not only helps in building strength but also enhances balance and posture over time. However, it’s worth noting that while these shoes excel in comfort and flexibility, users looking for additional arch support may find them lacking.
In terms of aesthetics, the WHITIN sneakers boast a sleek yet classic appearance, making them versatile enough for both workouts and casual outings. While they are ideal for moderate climates, keep in mind that the lack of insulation might not make them suitable for extreme weather conditions.

These surpassed my expectations, especially when compared to the barefoot high tops from Feelgrounds I previously owned. Not only are the Whitin's a quarter of the price, but they also boast a higher level of comfort. I highly commend this brand for delivering such a quality product at an affordable price. It's clear that great care and consideration went into designing these and that certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.
Perfect size perfect fit. I added an extr insole for comfort. Perfect look. I just need a black with gum bottoms and a burgundy with gum bottoms.
I needed a new pair and saw these were a new design. I was intrigued so I bought them. They're fairly good shoes over all, albeit a bit tedious to get into, but my main issue comes from the odd popping noise as I walk with them on. Maybe I purchased too big a size but that's that.
I absolutely love these. They're very comfortable, letting your feet move naturally while still providing some protection from the ground. The soles are very thin, which I like a lot. You can really feel the ground, and it helps a lot with balance. Walking on gravel or medium sized rocks can be uncomfortable though. There's very little structure to these shoes.
Use these to workout! They are very comfortable and have good stability! Affordable at a little over 40$ they are worth it! Use them for deadlifts squats and many other exercises! Feel connected to the ground without being bare foot or socks! Idk how anyone can be in a public space in socks or bare foot! Not to mention slippers! Don’t be that person get a pair of these and u will not regret it!
I recently ordered a pair of zero drop barefoot minimalist low cut shoes and saw these high tops and was very excited. I ordered them straight away. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I loved these. I have not been able to wear high tops for a long time. These were wide enough. High quality and very comfortable. I have done a good deal of walking in them and they are comfortable. Very highly recommended.
Nice shoe but it is visibly wide and not that appealing to look at when wearing them.
Got these for my husband for his birthday. He loved them right away. He said they are comfortable and fit similar to his other WHITIN shoes. They give off that vans/skater style while still being minimalist friendly. My only beef is they don't have woman's sizing... WHITIN, when are you coming out with woman's high tops like this?!? Or even just expand the sizes for people with smaller feet...
