I am very pleased with these boots. They fit perfectly. I'm a size 8 and bought a size 8. I could even wear a little thicker sock I think on colder days. They have good support with amazing soles. I love where they hit on the leg and I'll be wearing them as is but also playing with some boot cuffs for fun! They're perfect when you're not ready to commit to the knee high boots just yet. Because you know the looks. It's early fall and we grab our knee high boots and get the looks ( boots already? Really?) LOL OR if like me you think those short boots or shooties just don't look quite right with a dress or leggings. These take care of both issues! This brand makes great quality boots but good luck getting a consistent size. I originally started with a boot I saw in a store but they didn’t have it in my size. So I looked on Amazon and they only had it in 8W, which I can wear in any other boot, but good lord my foot was swimming in it. So I looked at their site and found a different boot and ordered it in 7 1/2 since they seem to run large in this brand. My foot fit in it but was too snug with socks so I returned them and got an 8 since it was available this time. One boot fit perfect, the other too tight. I returned them and gave it one last try and ordered yet again a different boot. I was ready to be disappointed and be done with this company altogether, but they fit like a glove this time. I’m keeping these beautiful boots. They’re beautiful soft dark brown suede with heavy duty but lightweight soles. In spite of the heavy duty soles, they’re still feminine looking. They have quality white stitching at the sole and a patina gold stud on the boot jack. The zippers on the inside leg are quality zippers and are nearly invisible. I wore them out immediately shopping and I received a few compliments from strangers. I REALLY like these boots a lot. However, I’ll never purchase from this company again due to the sizing issues. If someone writes in a review that a particular pair of boots in this brand runs large, believe them, but you’re still taking chances that one boot might fit and the other be too tight at the top outside of the boot. Too weird. IF I find these in a store and can try them on, sure I’ll buy them, but never again ordered on line.
I'm a size 7 and these fit more like an 8.5. I ordered a 6...fingers crossed.
