The quality of these boots is perfect. The leather is thick and the soles are sturdy. My calves are thick and I had plenty of room.
These boots do not deserve the one star, These boots appeared to be a USED non-leather knockoff. Lining was frayed with fringe-like threads at tops and along zippers. Boot material (pleather???) was cracked and discolored. Saw boots in a retail shoe store but not available in my size. I was excited to find them on-line…..until they arrived. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
I was desperately searching for a brown boot that wasn’t too tan and wasn’t too chocolate and this was perfect. It perfectly accents casual or semi-dressy clothing. It is real leather, so you will have water spots if you wear them in the rain but I was so impressed that they dried without any discoloration. I purchased them in black as well and I get lots of compliments.
I usually wear a 7,5 in shoes but always wear size 8 in boots and sneakers because I prefer some wiggle room for socks. These VC fit perfect for my medium not narrow feet and very high arches. I have trouble finding knee high boots due to my height 5'4" and high arches but these fit amazing and the smell and feel of real Leather was a plus. Made in Brazil with high quality materials and stitches. Now I wanna order the chocolate color.
I tried to buy these boots first on the Vince Camuto website but they don't ship to me. The size chart is on the website. The American 11 should be equal to a Euro 43. Their 11 is 41. They need to post a clear size chart.
The boots were not the color advertised. And they are not true to size. I struggle to get in and out of the boot. They also looked cheap. So disappointed. Called Amazon immediately upon receiving the item and they asked me for a copy of my govt issued ID ???? for a return . I refused. They finally sent a QR code which I hope works.
