Love these shoes! Needed a brown flat to wear with slacks to church or to dress up jeans a little. Everything I was finding was boring. This is a classy, traditional flat with the twist of basket weave leather. Reminds me of Bottega Venetta! With the medium brown color, you can wear it year round and it’s comfortable! The price is even great. May buy another pair in a different color I like them so much.
I really like Trotters. I have a narrow foot and these fit perfectly.
Pretty but fit uneven one too small one too big
These loafers are the best! I have a very narrow foot and these come in X narrow which fits me perfectly and narrow which fits with the addition of an insole. They are pricey. - But I watch for sales and have purchased these in red, blue, and black. They are leather not plastic or vinyl. And they look great too - go with my jeans or dressier slacks
Very disappointing. The left shoe came apart in less than 2 months. I have worn this particular shoe for decades. I suspect they were defective or seconds.
I ordered my usual size despite other reviews suggesting to size up. At first, these shoes were snug even on my very narrow feet. They loosened up over a few wears, and now they fit perfectly.
I love the style of these shoes as I have had Trotters just like these in the past and they lasted a long time. The pair I received did not have the quality of workmanship and the polishing that a true Trotter would have.
I first saw these on DSW with awesome reviews, but Amazon had a coupon on the color I wanted so I ordered from here. They ran way too small overall. I’m a consistent size 6, regular width, and these were cutting into my foot at the top and my toe was jammed up against the edge. Ended up returning and having to find them a half size bigger elsewhere because they didn’t have the color I wanted available in the next size, but they’re still so tight on the top it cuts into my foot. The color (brown) is also much more red than anticipated based on the pictures. They seem well made with nice materials, but because of the sizing, overall I’m not impressed. Not sure if ordering a wide would have been better (which I’ve never had to do with any shoe) so it wouldn’t dig into the top of my foot, or if that would make them gap on the sides. Attached is a picture of my feet after less than 5 minutes, standing in one spot, in the larger size where you can see just how badly they dig into your skin.
