It probably doesn't have the workmanship of a designer shoe (there are some slight creases in the satin between the pleats at the toe on both shoes after just slight wear around that house), but for the price, I REALLY can't complain. It fits well, is reasonably comfortable for a dress shoe and looks more elegant/expensive than it is. I will probably dye them, but they do look lovely in white. The pleats add a bit of class, and if you want more, you can easily add bling from a 3rd party bridal shoe website.
After a grueling search for wide shoes with a short heal for my wedding, I had high hopes for this to be my wedding shoe, but the instant I slipped into it I knew I'd be returning it. While it was plenty long enough (I'm normally a 10.5 or 11. I ordered 10.5 and probably could have fit in a 10 length wise), it was definitely not wide enough at the toes even though they were apparently wides. I'm not used to heals either so I would not recommend this for wide feet nor for women not used to heals. They are very wobbly. MAYBE I could have broken them in but my feet hurt SO BAD after only a couple minutes of wearing them around the house that I knew my best bet was to return them. I do think these would be wonderul for a smaller person who is used to heals. I am a tall woman, 5'10 and average size and this shoe is not meant to support someone my size, nor did they look nice on me either (they emphasized my wide feet).
I was searching for shoes for my civil wedding and I started with the mall and other shoe stores... but... NO LUCK. which is why I thought maybe I'll shop online... I was a bit hesitant for I was skeptical that when I order it may look better online than it would in person but I decided to take the risk and see where my luck leads me. And as a new shoe shopper online I did my research first. I read the reviews and majority said to order a half a size smaller.I am originally a size 6 1/2 and I ordered these shoes in a size 6. They came on the expected date and I was a little anxious to open the box and find out that they did not fit and that I had to reorder to a different size but sure enough I slipped them on and they were PERFECT.Physical Appearance: Does not look cheap. Although, it looks simple it looks elegant. The heel is a perfect length for those who have a hard time wearing high heels or just want to be able to dance the night away.(Warning: If you want to dance the night away probably add grip. There is no grip on the bottom and I suggest to wear them a week or a day or two to get use to them; it does pinch a little where the peep toe is at but it is tolerable.)Overall, I am happy of my purchase and cannot wait to wear it on the day of the ceremony. I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. I'm not the kind of person that wears heels frequently so I wore them around my house for a week beforehand to break them in. I ordered wide width and while there was planty room across the widest part of my foot they were extremely tight across the toes. I actually wore a blister on the side of my big toe on the day of the wedding even though I had tried to break them in. The shoes are lovely and well made but just too tight in the toe area.
These looked beautiful on the website, but not so great in person. Just looked cheaply made. But it did look like the pic, minus the quality, so i would have been ok with it if it hadn't been WAY TOO LARGE. I'd read that they ran large, so I got 1/2 size smaller than I normally do, figuring well if they were still a little bit big it'd be close enough. OMG. I could have gone down AT LEAST another 1 1/2 sizes and then MAYBE they would have fit... MAYBE.Running a little large is one thing. Running TWO SIZES large is a whole nother story. Not pleased.
Shoes were perfect for my wedding! Would definitely recommend. I was 36 wks pregnant but did not wanna wear flats. The low heel was exactly what I was looking for and it fit just right. Design is simple and elegant. Great shoe at reasonable price. This style more expensive thru other websites. Ordered expedited shipping and arrived in the middle of given time frame. I was not disappointed.
Will be wearing this shoe for my daughter's wedding in September so have not worn it yet all day and night. However, have been wearing it around the house and it feels very comfortable, fit is perfect. Doesn't "pinch" anywhere. I did order two sizes to compare but sent the 7 back-too big. Heel height is exactly what I wanted. I wish it had a little "sparkle" on the toe and am trying to think of a way to add some, otherwise this shoe is perfect for me!
These arrived quickly and were very cute, but they were not a wide width, at least what I'm used to. I wear a 10W and sometimes need the 10.5 (which is nearly impossible to find), but these were long enough, just not wide enough. Back they go.....
