True to size
I loved them! I bought them to go on a trip I was going to walk a lot, and they did the job! Maybe a little be too tight for just sitting in the plane. But to walk they are amazing!
I like them very much and sometimes I forget they on my shoes
They look nice but do not fit right. I bought a size up because my feet swell a bit by the end of the day. I can't even get my foot in. If I shove and pull and bend the shoes for a minute or two I can cram the whole foot in but then it's so tight I might lose circulation. I don't even know how to explain without sounding like in exaggerating but I'm going to have to go another size or two up (so at least 2 sizes bigger than normal, maybe 3) If I want to wear these.

I love its helps on my feet especially if you have arch problems.
