SHE WAS WORRIED ABOUT SLIPPING BUT REALIZED THEY ARE FUN FOR SLIDING IN THE SNOW. THEY FIT GREAT, SHIPPED QUICK AND SMELL AMAZING! LOVE THE NEW LEATHER SMELL!

I got my boots ,there were spot, s or look like the leather was splitting on one boot.I put in for a return back to Amazon . I had a hard time doing this , but I got it done. As I was putting the boots back in there box , I look at them again , I use Leather conditioner on them for boots .The boots must have needed condition, they look great now , spot, s are gone and I cancel my return on the boots. I am keeping these beautiful boots. ,, all boots come in a plastic bag in there boot box. And they can get dry now then.The boots are fine and looking great nowIf you like leather cowgirl boots this can happen now and than ,, that is why they make boot conditioner. I had no trouble with Amazon on this . I am very happy with my purchase. I am just sorry I didn't think about using boot conditioner before I put in for a return. Sorry Amazon.
