Sometimes I’ll leave them on for an hour or so after I get home from work by accident since they’re so comfortable
These are the best boots that check all the categories you need in good boots. I usually get the composite toe, but tried these this time. I've bout 4 pair in the past. I usually get about 2 years old of these boots M-F 40 Hours. Very comfortable as well
I usually buy Timberland boots . I need the X Wide size not all boots come in that size .These boots fit perfectly I wear them almost everyday not for work just casual . They have great traction I do wear them almost daily in the rain and my feet stay dry . My last pair is over 2 years old and some decorative stitching is coming undone but still a solid boot . These also help stabilize my walking, good ankle support .
This is the third or fourth pair of Tim Pros in the last four years. Yes, I do a lot of walking for work. Each other purchase was a different shoe. This one, they got right. The other models had issues. This one had the right amount of eyelets and hooks. It was the right size, not to big or small. Had the right weight, and was a good-looking shoe. They are comfortable to wear on long days and broke-in rather quickly. I would definitely buy these again.Edit: I had to change the rating on these. The first pair that I purchased and reviewed above were made in Vietnam. The last pair that I purchase in October of 2020 were made in the Dominican Republic. There is a problem with the DR produced boots. The top eylets or speedlace receptacles, are angle upward so the lace will not sit evenly in it. This does two things, it forces the eyelet to roll over and this caused the inside rivet that attaches the eyelets angle inward, into your lower leg/upper ankle, causing pain all day. To remedy this situation, you have to leave the laces fairly loose. If you leave the laces loose, they unhook themselves from the eyelets very easily, again due to the bad angle. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.This is a manufacturer's defect plain and simple. The Viet made boots had a better/different angle on the eyelets and were very comfortable. I am currently returning the DR made boots as they are unwearable. I will have to verify the manufacturing location before my next purchase as I am assuming all the DR boots will have the same defect. If you look at the photos you can see the different angles of the eyelets. The darker one is the Viet boot.
Lasted me over 6 months before the comfort started to drop off.
I love the look of these boots, I wish I could wear them! They run small! Unfortunately I ordered them in preparation for fall and winter hiking so didn't try them on right away. When I got around to it, they didn't fit and it was too late to return them.
Very comfortable with good treed
They are very nice looking boots and look exactly like they do in the picture. Unfortunately, they are not comfortable. The area near the inner zipper rubs on the upper ankle which caused me to get sores. Also, I usually purchase a wide boot in Timberland’s and they are still a little tight, so I purchased the x-tra wide in these thinking they would be better... they were but unfortunately they were too big. Even tightening the laces as much as I could still left them loose. Disappointed in this particular style.
