When it comes to work boots, the Timberland Men's Hypercharge 8" Composite Toe stands out for a plethora of reasons. First, let’s discuss the build quality. The full-grain leather combined with a waterproof membrane ensures durability and protection from the elements. Whether you’re trudging through muddy job sites or standing in puddles, your feet remain dry and comfortable.
Moving onto comfort, you’ll appreciate the contoured shock-diffusion plate incorporated into the design. This feature significantly reduces impact stress, making them ideal for those who spend long hours on their feet. Additionally, the StableStride™ technology provides excellent traction, allowing you to navigate uneven surfaces with confidence.
In terms of safety, the asymmetrical composite toe powered by Carbon Shield technology offers a level of lightweight protection that is crucial when working around heavy machinery or construction sites. Unlike traditional steel toes, this composite option won’t conduct heat or cold, providing consistent comfort in varying temperatures.
On the downside, some users have reported that these boots may feel slightly wide. If you have narrower feet, consider trying them on before committing to ensure a snug fit. Furthermore, like many high-quality work boots, there may be an initial break-in period to achieve optimal comfort levels.

Got these for my husband. So far he loves them. He says they’re comfy but feel strong, and even though they feel weighted when you hold them, they aren’t heavy when you wear them.
excellent shoes, excellent providergood fit, very comfortable
Great, beautiful shoe, but the extra wide 14 wasn't extra wide at all. I own a few other pairs of Timberland 14W and these are easily over 0.5" thinner. Box and shoe both labeled 14W - not sure why the difference in sizing? But I have a plate in one foot, otherwise I would have loved to keep these shoes - great design and build.
Purchased these to replace some well worn 6" Keen boots. They run narrow, so I was happy with the fit. If you have a wider foot go wider.I work inside/ outside as a fiber tech and spent the first day wearing them inside an office block. Feet felt great at the end if the day. Only wish they had some rubber toe cover like my Keens. Probably a 3 season boot.UPDATEAfter a week of wear, I love these boots, no break in required. The nubuck material is easily scraped so I'd go with the leather model next time.I added some toe protectors, but happy with the purchase.Update.After a month or so I like the comfort of these boots, but still not sure if they will last .Wished I'd bought the full grain leather rather than the nubuck style.
This is probably the best boot I have ever had fit perfectly, comfortable, but I wish the bottom had more grip almost busted my bottom on ice.
They fit perfectly and are really comfortable
Too small
