Got them and they are light and very comfortable where other boots hurt my feet. Great boots. If you are in your feet all day and you need a great work boot these are it!
comfortable, light, good quality
I have had 2 pairs of Drivetrains before. Love them! Light, soft on feet. If you do a lot of walking on hard small sharp rocks you probably will feel them to much. I don’t mind at all but I’m not on them all the time. Soles do wear out faster than other shoes I’ve had. You can’t even feel the composite toes, Timberlines are the only safety toes I can say that about. Redwing’s were good until they started making them in China :( These are made there too but made much better! One downside with this pair is that they didn’t put speed lacers on them, have to lace through holes all the way up. Bad design! Other than that, right out of the box I wore them 2 days, 16-18 hrs at least - no sore spots, great shoes!
The first package I received must have been a pair that had been worn and then returned to a fulfillment center. Received the replacement pair, and these things are pretty sweet. Very comfortable, fit as expected, extremely light, and can get me through a 10 to 12 hour day working in a warehouse without my feet cramping up.These shoes meet OSHA safety standards, and that was something I was worried about because I couldn’t find any information about that on the sellers page or the Timberland website. The price tag is a bit higher than a lot of other steel/composite toe shoes, but it’s worth it to be comfortable all day at work.
It's now 2/10/23 these were purchased October 2021...I'm a fleet mechanic by trade, a firearms instructor and an avid hunter. I have wore these nonstop and the only thing I can say is BUY THEM! The build quality is amazing! The weight is perfect for what they are. I swear they're as comfy as sneakers. The tread is still OK... I think I will easily get through this year before ordering another pair. The most impressive thing to me is the amount of vehicle fluids I've had on these and they're still great! No smells no stains. I would usually wipe them down with a rag soaked in brake clean. Five stars ✨ 100%
Lightweight and comfy. Need the tread to last longer than a year for all the money. We have pretty aggressive stairs at work, but the tread should still last longer. Definitely not water resistant but I don't think they're supposed to be. Good alternative to big bulky safety toe boots if they can get the tread thing figured out.
True to size very comfortable
Very light weight and Confortable. Wouldn't recommend it for a work protection
