with only 5 days of use, the shoe sole started cracking, in all places, after carefully reviewing the return policy, I noticed in the fine print that one of the rules of returns is that you can not use the shoes.I work in an office environment, with carpet floor, no reason for the shoes to be damaged the way they did. Shoe fits and is comfortable after hours of wearing. In hot months, be sure to wear cotton socks. These don't breath well, but they don't smell bad either. I didn't have to buy any insoles or odor eaters, they are comfortable right out of the box.
I find that Thorogood makes a product just as good as Bates, but at a better price.
Myes order fit me just right but it was delivered a few days pass the expected delivery date but I was still was very satisfied with my order.
