I bought these due to the ridiculous sale price but when they arrived they smelled like a chemical pesticide used as a deterrent for mites. I'm assuming the warehouse had a rodent infestation of some kind and had to liquidate.If you are sensitive to chemical smells do not buy these boots at their sale price!Bonus, I keep the box in a part of my dirt basement that had critter activity and it keeps that corner clear of anything living that crawls or flies.
