Sperry makes great shoes. These are boat shoes however I suspect few make it to a boat. I have a black and brown pair that is at least 19 years old. Still look good. Never wear socks with these boat shoes, in a short while they fit like a glove. I bought this particular shoe because of the color and the price was reasonable for the brand. Highly recommend. I FINALLY FOUND THEM 😁 For years I have been looking for the Boat Shoes my husband wore in high school.. Ya .. 35+ YEARS AGO!!! These are the classic boat shoe design he has been longing for yet no one else has the SOFT leather, yet still able to slip into the shoe, memory foam inserts. And the classic the eyelet laces…. PERFECT SHOE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Well made. Runs a little narrow
Nice looking shoe, flexible, high quality leather. Very small toe box, while the heel is wide. Shame really, but I modified the shoe with padding in the heel. Not really for walking around a lot, more for dinner, etc.
The reviews complained about these shoes being narrow,but that is exactly what I was looking for. Some of them also said order a size up. I ordered 10.5 which is what I take and they are perfect. One rreview said they can be worn without socks and that's how I wear them. I have returned a few other shoes because of the size. Even if they fit, the medium width always left my shoes slipping up and down. These are perfect for narrow feet and comfortable without socks. They were tight the first time put them on, but after a few minutes they were the perfect fit and were easy to put on afterward.
