Love these! I wear a women's size 10 in sneakers and size 9 in dress shoes/flats and went with the 10. They fit great. These sandals are so comfortable. I was wearing just regular house slippers after work with some padding in the sole but my feet would still feel stiff and hurt some. After wearing these instead for the last few weeks, my feet feel great! I also wear Dr. Scholls inserts for PF in my other shoes. I didn't need an adjustment period for these, felt great at the first wear. I haven't worn them outside much or all day but I know they'd be fine. I almost took off one star for style but couldn't do it after wearing them. I do wish they looked less like men's shower shoes and more sandal-y. I'm not sure if the wide/stretchy strap serves a purpose or just the design they have. The price is great, $20-30 cheaper than other orthopedic sandals and worth the cost. Another gripe is that the price went up $10 a couple days after I bought my first pair. Annoying but still worth it for the comfort of being able to wear sandals again. Can't say enough great things, would definitely recommend!Update: I've been wearing the same pair I bought a year ago and they've held up perfectly. I've worn them all day with no issues. I would recommend them for everyone, not just people with foot issues. I've had a couple doctors tell me flip-flops are the worse things for your feet. I'm thinking of buying them for my 21year old niece since she basically lives in $2 flip-flops. I really, really wish they would come out with more styles!! I definitely appreciate the different colors.

These are my favorite flipflops. I have 3 pr for 2023. I wore out 2 older pair. Toe strap is short enough for ppl with thin feet and good arch support. Thin feet not narrow. I can keep these on. Most flipflops, even Clarks, are too big. I walk out them, they are not tight enough. Quality material too.
Some reviewers wondered if this was a genuine Spenco because the photo in the listing does not match what they received. I checked Spenco's website and all of the new sandals feature the sole without the blue and red inserts or the name Spenco on the heel cup. I love that they're comfortable right out of the bag without pinching the tops of my feet and they're 40 grams lighter than the old design. The new sole appears to be one piece and that is a good thing because my last two pairs had issues - one delaminated and the other has a large bubble under the black sole (it can be seen in the picture I uploaded). The only thing that threw me off is that the footbed appears to be very slightly shorter now. My heel hits right at the rim of the heel cup where in the old version, it sat fully inside it. I purchased my regular size, 7, and then ordered an 8 to compare. Size 8 allows the heel to sit in the cup but it's too roomy at the toes. I've decided to keep the size 7 as it is a much better fit overall and the heel is not uncomfortable. With time, as the thong gives a bit, I think the heel cup issue will resolve itself.
If you are looking for both arch support and a trendy flip-flop, you have found it. This is my third pair only because of its awesome track record. They are lightweight, offer excellent arch support, and are easy to clean.
