When it comes to post-exercise footwear, the Spenco Women's Breeze Slide Sandal stands out due to its thoughtful design focused on athlete recovery. The breathable synthetic upper allows for effective airflow, which is crucial for those who have just completed their workout sessions.
The orthotic-grade arch support is one of its standout features, catering to individuals who may need extra support for conditions like plantar fasciitis or general foot fatigue. The metatarsal dome aids in distributing weight evenly across the foot, further enhancing comfort during wear.
The deep heel cupping feature helps to stabilize your foot, preventing unnecessary slippage that can lead to discomfort—especially important if you are moving quickly. Plus, the additional 5mm heel lift aligns your posture better, which is beneficial for long-term foot health.
From a style perspective, the black and pink color combination is both modern and versatile, ensuring these sandals can be worn not only at home but also for casual outings. However, while they excel in comfort, the cushioning might fall short for longer walks, so you might want to reserve these for shorter durations or as recovery footwear.

I had purchased this Breeze style sandal many years ago. Unfortunately they stopped manufacturing this style. Evidently this is was left over from some old stock. I use them as house shoes, when I noticed it online I was pleasantly surprised I ordered one to make sure it was the same quality I was use to, it was, since obviously Spenco will not feature this style again I went ahead and ordered two more, to me it was so worth it, the comfort alone, and quality was worth three purchases, in the past that combination of color pink&black I would NEVER order, I had no choice but very happy I purchased them great support if your flat footed especially in the Arch area.
It fits my foot perfectly and so comfortable to wear. I wear in the house most of the time as it is so comfortable to wear. I was trying to get another pair just like this one to wear when I do errands but cannot find it on Amazon any more. I finally found it and ordered the second pair to wear outside.
I've invested in Spenco shoes for awhile, now. This is my fifth pair. I decided to go down a size due to other reviews and they fit nicely. I don't find them too wide, but I have a high instep which requires a wide fitting shoe. These are a little tight on the top of my foot, but the neoprene material will stretch a bit after a few wears. The footbed is the classic Spenco design and comfortable for me. Not super cushy and provides great support. I love Spenco because they help my leg fatigue and provide me with good alignment, that in turn helps with my back pain. I would recommend these slides. They're really cute and have the support and comfort you expect from this brand. Amazon's price was much better than other carriers of this style. I feel I got the best deal on a brand I love.
These sandals are terrific - I bought my second pair within a few months of buying my first. One pair I wear inside only. I had plantar fasciitis and was told not to walk barefoot, and saw these in a pharmacy. I tried them on and they do run a little large, but they are better than the insoles I purchased for over $200+. My feet do not hurt any longer and I feel comfortable walking in these. I have bunions and a very difficult foot to fit and these fit like they were molded for my feet. They are wonderful. And they are stylish looking slides.
I have plantar fasciitis as well as a previous compound big toe dislocation that makes it impossible to hold any shoe on with my toe. That makes finding summer slippers a challenge as I have to wear something in the house for the plantar fasciitis but with the heat of a southern summer I don't want my toes covered. These sandals were perfect. I wear them all around the house, outside the house, etc. They're very comfortable and great support for plantar fasciitis. A random edit update - these shoes are my go-to as soon as I walk through the door. They're comfortable and my feet have been doing great since switching to these.
I have very high arches, planter fasciitis, and heel spurs. The foot bed has a good balance of firmness and moldability for me. Personally, I would prefer more support, however the fit is comfortable, except for one spot where glue seeped out, hardened and pokes into my pinky toe! Unfortunately, I was unable to try them on until after the return window expired.
So very comfortable. I was looking for something to slip my feet into after coming indoors. I can not go barefoot due to plantar fasciitis. I found that these made changing shoes simple. Can’t wait for summer so I can wear them all the time. I will be ordering another pair. They might not be as cute as others, but very comfortable!” And supportive.
I bought these Spenco women's breeze slide sandal in color blue penguin through a third party Lyon's Trading company. After use of a month a half over the summer they went flat and no longer gave me the support needed. I had also purchased a pair in watermelon and another in black by other third parties, both are holding up well. For the price it really should have lasted much longer. As for the fit, I am a narrow 6.5 in closed shoes and a 6 in open sandals so I purchased the 6, the fit is exact. The arch support is exactly where it should be, although when I looked at the size inside the sandals it states US 6W so they may actually fit a wide foot much tighter. They were perfect for me. Keep in mind if you have plantar fasciitis as I do, it will take a couple of weeks of using around the house before you get used to them as you would with any other orthotic.
