I am a woman who has been troubled with bunions for many years......I wear a size 10 Wide shoe. When I buy a Men's size 8 Spenco Sandal, I get the perfect comfortable fit.Bonus: Since there is no difference in style between Spenco Women and Spenco Men, no one is aware of theadjustment I've made......just me, (an extremely happy customer) and Spenco.
Good quality, slip on / slip off, adjustable, good arch support. I would have liked a little more arch, but these are sandals, not orthopedic shoes, so...
I purchased these spenco sandals for my husband for his birthday the second pair in ten years. He absolutely loves the arch support and how comfortable they are.
This is a great sandal for the price. I could not bring myself to spend $80+ on a pair of sandals so I chose this one. I have plantar fasciitis and bought this to use on my hardwood floors. A pair of sandals will not cure PF but my feet are noticeably less painful by the end of the day (have been using about 1 month) when I wear these. Good arch support, true to size and dont look like grandpa sandals.
I have never had a more comfortable pair of flops. I hav plantar fasciitis and these are so good at keeping that at bay. 3rd pair that I have owned. Please don’t change anything
These are great for heel spurs,,,very comfortable
I have a wide foot with bunions. I found the super comfortable Montrail Lithia slide shoe years ago and wore them for years. When I found they were no longer available, I searched everywhere and ordered several pairs since my foot is so hard to fit but finally wore out all I had stocked up on. I have ordered over 10 other good brands over the past three years hoping I would find one that fit right to no avail. I first tried a wide in this Spenco but surprisingly it was too loose. Since this slide has a cut out by the ball of your foot as well as side like the Montrail had, I did not need the wide. When I reordered the Medium width and it fit, I realized search was finally over. I just love them and am now looking for the khaki color that was once offered in this style.
I have to say, just got my new pair and very disappointed in the quality compared to my old pair. Which I've had for about 3 or 4 years. My original ones were quality orthopedic slides. The new ones are pieces of garbage I do not recommend. Not to mention the prices doubled. It's pretty sad how the quality of everything has gone down hill in the last three years. Makes me not want to buy anything new its all garbage.
