This shoe is a win! Easy to get on and easy to get off while staying in place without feeling too tight or too loose. Perfect fit and looks great! The support is very thick but compacts down after the first few days as the shoe molds to your foot. Easy to break-in and looks great doing it.
This shoe fits well, but feels strange. It's more for a flat-footed person. However, it doesn't rub blisters on your ankles or toes if you get the right size, which is easier to get than most shoes because it comes in wide sizes. I like them because I don't like wearing laces when I walk for exercise, and the shoe is lightweight. It has lasted reasonably well for It's construction, but don't expect to get more than 250 miles of use out of them. The color is OK too, if you like black shoes.
These shoes are great for people with mobility challenges as they don't require tying, and still fit comfortably. The only drawback is that the soles are made of that now popular foam material and they wear down more more quickly than the old school rubber soles. This is my second pair, and I'll probably order another pair when they wear out.
This was my first purchase of any Skechers products. I always was buying expensive “high end” sneakers and never even considered the Skechers brand. I was wrong. After just going through total hip replacement surgery I needed a pair of sneakers that didn’t include tying shoe laces. Everyone I spoke to from my surgeon to my physical therapist as well as friends and neighbors all said I should look to Skechers. I did. Shopped them here on Amazon and made my choice. I received them today and couldn’t wait to try them out. Boy was I pleasantly surprised and impressed. They fit perfectly and they were so comfortable I took them out for a 20 minute walk and I knew I made the right choice. Comfort, style and great pricing make this sneaker an awesome deal!
This is my first time purchasing shoes online, as I generally like to try them on before I buy them. I know you can return and buy again, but I try not to go through such hassles, if I can.I normally wear a size 9.5, depending on the shoe manufacturer, so I stuck with that for this purchase. For me, the shoes are very comfortable, more so than I expected, as they have memory foam in the shoe for the sole. Like any other shoe, you have to wear them for a while to break them in. In the case of these shoes, the memory foam has to get used to you! When I first tried them on, I noted how they were very comfortable and they fit just right for me, so I was happy already. My right foot did get slightly tingly while sitting, since the memory foam was still getting used to my feet. It has only been a few weeks, but I have worn them almost everyday to help break them in, and I mainly use them for walking and light activities, but I have stooped down while wearing these and all has been well so far.I have seen some of the negative comments about wear and tear of the shoes, but even when I stoop down, or do anything else that would stretch the shoes a bit to their limits, I don't feel like any part will tear. For the rear of the shoe, I personally generally use my hand/fingers to lift the back as I put my foot into it, so the rear of the shoes have not caved in, as others have pointed out. These may be slip on shoes, but that is just what I do.As for the memory foam, they are contoured for a normal foot, so I am not sure if these would be good shoes for someone who is flat footed, or otherwise have something other than a normal foot, as my foot is on the normal side ( normal ball and contoured foot, like how you see the foot print images). So, if you are flat footed or have some other shape that you notice is uncomfortable while wearing typical shoes, this one might not be for you, but you could give it a try, as memory foam is supposed to adjust to your feet. Like I said before, one of my feet did feel a little tingly, but that was just the first day. Ever since, they have been nothing but very comfortable and I have been happy using them.I'm including some photos, for a bit more perspective. Not sure why they appear reddish, as they look black to me, ha! I guess my camera is sensitive. It even picked up the little specs of dirt or whatever on the top of the shoes, as they look black to me, and not with the whitish specs of debris on them. Oh well, I will have to wash them soon. That is one thing I haven't done yet, but for shoes, I generally wash them in cold water, and if I dry them in a machine, I only air dry them. But, I generally just hang them to dry, as I have a little garment holder that dries cloths and it has a spot for shoes to hang from.
Bought these slip on shoes as mobility has declined. These are easy to slip into without a shoehorn and look very nice. They are super comfy and I've ordered a second pair in another color. Highly recommend these shoes
My husband loves his shoes so much. He says they are super comfortable, supportive n perfect. He works from home even before the ongoing Covid pandemic. These are the most excellent quarantine shoes on another level. What makes these shoes SO DIFFERENT n why my Husband calls them his "GO TO SHOE" is cuz of their duality n versatility. They can go from an at-home leisure slipper to a regular shoe, all n an instan with the convenience of an all-n-one situation. I HIGHLY recommend these particular Skechers to any of the guys or their Wives looking for the perfect clutch gift! Stay safe n comfy!
There's certain products that it would be beneficial to try on at a physical location before buying, these being 1 of them. I know my shoe size but I was having problems finding places that had 10.5 men's also in a style that I could wear for comfort and professional environment. I ended up ordering these. They are bigger than a normal 10.5 size shoe, so they feel like they are coming off when I walk and they are very loose. The support inside the sole, while comfortable, only goes around the cent of the sole, not around the edges, which makes for a weird feeling.
